Clearly I struck a chord here. It's unfortunate that you think you know me by saying "people like me" when in reality you have no idea what my life experiences have been. You might have also noticed that I gave the rest of the review better ratings but only rated the "atmosphere" low due to the clearly racist sign that you allowed to be displayed. What else would you call referring to an entire group of people with an ethnic caricature? By referring to an entire ethnic group Aladdin, you are stoking racial divisions and doing nothing to benefit America at a time where these divisions run deep in very racist pockets of the country.

Anyway, I appreciate you taking the concern seriously and taking it down. I hope in the future, as a business owner, you and your staff can be more thoughtful about the things they put up and whether it's coming from a place of kindness and inclusiveness versus something meant to draw increased division between people. We need less division as a country, not more. As such I have amended my star rating for the "atmosphere" at your establishment.

A solid bagel place, easily better than most in-town competitors. Here you will get good food, at a reasonable price. It’s not my favorite bagel in town (not doughy enough on the inside) but definitely good!

I’ve yet to find a better bagel on Long Island. Texture is perfection- light crunch on the outside, soft and airy on the inside. Do not toast these bagels you’d be doing yourself a disservice. It hits every time.

Sticker shock. A regular bagel and cream cheese is $4.46 I’m shocked. It right across from my daughters dance but that’s a lot to pay for a bagel. I never write reviews but this one caught me off guard the bagel place I normally go to is $2.75. I get it prices went up but to that extent a bagel shouldn’t be that much. Unfortunately it will be my last time coming here. I expect to pay that if I’m ordering off an app but I even check dd for prices and most of them were still under $4.

One of my favorite bagel cafes on Long Island and easily the best place in East Northport. They have a great selection, some highlights include egg, egg everything, tidied, everything, garlic, and salt bagels. Their lox cream cheese is amazing! This place is always busy for a reason so get here early.
