One of the better carvels around.They don't seem to have the XL size for shakes, which is fine.Full range of outlet ice creams, I just wish they had milk alternatives as well.The employees are really nice.

place is always dirty. found 21 small pieces of plastic in my cinnabon soft serve ice cream and woman who served me was very rude. she had on a mask with her airpods in and was ignoring her customers. seemed like the manager. what type of manager would control her store like this. seems very immature. very disappointing. 0/10 will not be back here

This is a very well run carvel. For all u people who get ice cream at 11 in the damn morning u are a special animal. (not in a good way) so lose weight and stop eating ice cream at 11 am.

Very old and dirty place, I wouldn't not trust it.
Not a positive experience and will never go back to that place! They don’t believe in celebrating birthdays and will not participate . There are better places than this and don’t need to be lied to after I came back a second time with what was requested. Bitter taste with an owner like that.

It’s carvel, easy 5 stars. The staff rotates frequently but we get regular ice creams so nothing to mess up. Maybe people should stop buying 2800 calories treats with 47 steps to make it and the new staff would have an easier time with the order.

Got the brookie swirl. The only downside is that I had to eat it quickly to prevent melting. The plus side is now I'll have to come back again and have more! Wish we had one of these where I am in NC.Friendly staff and good service as well.
