Excellent customer service. I have been going there for the past two months at least 5 times per week. Never a problem.
Dietary restrictions: They have non dairy (oat milk) soft serve and hard ice cream.
Parking: It's in a shopping complex.

One of the better carvels around.They don't seem to have the XL size for shakes, which is fine.Full range of outlet ice creams, I just wish they had milk alternatives as well.The employees are really nice.
