I went with my family we got seated and were sitting for 15 minutes no one came to attend us other people who came after us got attended before us never will I return to this Chili’s.

food is mid but the service has gone down tremendously. i havent had a pleasant experience with a server in months. always rude, always detached. even if you try to get your servers attention for refills or orders theyll only give you a passive aggressive wave back from across the restaurant. or as soon as youre done with your meal they will literally take the broom behind you and sweep you out the door (not kidding it has happened). id recommend taking your money to the plainview/levittown chilis on hempstead tkpe, it is MUCH better service. you wont feel like youre inconviencing the people who are paid to assist you!

My family and I had a great time at Chills Grill and Bar. We visited during the day, around 3 PM to 5 PM, and enjoyed two full meals along with three kids’ meals. The food was delightful – fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared.

Customer service was excellent and the staff was friendly and attentive. As with most restaurants, there was a slight delay in bringing additional items, but it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, a wonderful dining experience that we’d be happy to repeat.

Pretty standard Chili's food and atmosphere. But I guess thats the point of dining at a chain. You always know what you are going to get. We do prefer this Chili's to other chains in the area.

Haven't been to Chili's in years and now I know why. Ordered frozen margaritas which weren't so bad, as well as the mozzarella sticks. Both my fiance and I ordered chicken crispers and they were chewy, greasy and overall disgusting. The sauces all tasted like chemicals. We didn't even finish our food...that's how bad it was. And for over $100 it's not worth a dime of it.

Food and service was amazing, but the high point of it all was Mike our server. Very welcoming a lot of energy, funny, attentive. I left feeling (NICEEE👍) looking forward to our next visit at chilies with Mike!

1st off, this was a takeout order. It annoys me to be asked to tip 20% when noone waited on me, but ok. So I ordered white queso and chips. 3 tablespoons on cold cheese for a large bag of chips!. I ran out of cheese quick, which is just as well. I also ordered ribs. Extremely disappointing, the mashed potatoes were instant with bacon bits on top. I will not be going back
