I’ve been a Chilis customer for years at the ENPT location. Always great food, great service and environment. Even during the pandemic, they offered curbside orders which was convenient as well. I’ve never had an issue here. Tonight though, might’ve been the BEST experience I had. Manager Rob was the NICEST employee I’ve ever met here! He truly cares about his customers and wants to make them happy. He went above and beyond and was PHENOMENAL. I’ve never met a manager who loves their job so much! He was happy, kind, thoughtful and truly exceptional. That man deserves every position offer, raise,, anything to praise his hard work and kindness. He truly made my whole day better after a long day at work. It is nice coming to place knowing that a manager like Rob is working and cares about their customers!!!

Our server Mike was an absolute gem. Truly one of the best servers I’ve ever had. Give him a raise!!!

Went tonight and my first impression was awful. No host at the host stand to greet the parties waiting. It wasn’t until a SERVER came over to seat all the guests waiting. That server ended up being the server for my table and let me tell you my experience was great after that. My dip came out before my chips (food runners fault) so the dip was cold. Immediately the server Johnathan noticed and offered to heat up the dip for us. Drinks were always full and anything I needed was already there. I’ve had him as my server multiple times and he has NEVER disappointed. Definitely is a big reason I come back. If you’re going to chilis commack definitely ask for Johnathan!!!

Had an amazing experience at this Chili’s! It was my first time at this location, and the service was excellent. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel like part of the family from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everything was top-notch. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Went for dinner on Saturday. We were seated promptly. It's a holiday weekend so the place was packed but the service was quick and the staff was friendly. We were waited on by Gary.

Hostess was prompt in seating us and made sure table and seats were clean. Server came over quickly and asked for our beverage order but gave us time to look over menu for appetizers. Server returned after a few minutes and took our order . Food came out promptly and piping hot and accurate with the few changes we made . Server came over and made sure everything came out right and asked if we wanted drink refills. After a short time the Manager came over and asked if the food and the service were up to our standards and asked if we needed refills . All in all a great experience and will definitely return to that restaurant!
