Went tonight and my first impression was awful. No host at the host stand to greet the parties waiting. It wasn’t until a SERVER came over to seat all the guests waiting. That server ended up being the server for my table and let me tell you my experience was great after that. My dip came out before my chips (food runners fault) so the dip was cold. Had an amazing experience at this Chili’s! It was my first time at this location, and the service was excellent. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel like part of the family from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everything was top-notch. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
