Chipotle Mexican Grill

I've had bad experiences before at this location. But I figured I try again because it was convenient. It wasn't late it was only 630 pm. The portions they try to give were very skimpy. The queso was burnt and clumpy. The chicken looked under cooked. The service was rude and slow. I walked out . The above review was from months ago.stupidly I gave them another shot. What a fool I am. A Monday at 8pm. 1 other customer. Completely ignored by staff. Food on flat areas between bins, nothing looked fresh or clean. After 8 minutes of being ignored even tho employees looked directly at me, I walked out. Its now official, I will NEVER go to Chipotle again, even other locations. Your prices, quality and service SUCK

Although I empathize and understand where people are coming from, I can honestly say that I didn't have a bad experience. Today I tried Chipotle for the first time since it was one of my best friend's birthday and she loves it. We had a great time. The crew members were cleaning as I came in. Great food, great company. What more can I ask for?

me and my friends had a very poor experience here. the food was terrible and don’t even get me started on the service. let me add the fact that there was no ice and I had to wash down my hard rice with warm soda.

This location has become a mess in every sense.
Any time I’ve been in over the last year the garbages are both overflowing, food on the tables and floors.

In addition to that pickup orders are a mess or missing something 100% of the time. Not sure why we went back the times that we did. Paid for chips and queso….no queso…. Side of sauce…no sauce. Quesadillas are a mess.

This is just picking it up out of the container. Frustrating to get him to after paying almost $40 and driving 20 minutes each way.

A fully delicious meal and the portions were back to what they should be. I'd given a poor review based on substandard food quality and portions a month ago, but just now everything was appropriate and delicious! Thanks!

The rice was uncooked and a little crunchy and hard. It was like the just put rice from a package in the bowl.

Cleanest location I’ve been to yet and the food is amazing. If you’re looking for authentic, tasty Mexican food with a fun environment, this is the spot

I was helped by a team member named Chris. He was extremely disrespectful, rolling his eyes while I gave my order, and hardly paying attention to me. I told him no salsa and he put salsa on my bowl and when I asked him to remake it he said no. Very disappointed. Will not be coming back.

Dirty location. Floors filthy. More importantly found not one but 3 hairs in my bowl. Chipotle please find a new manager for this location

They are extremely slow with pickup orders, the whole point of ordering on the app is for it to be ready at the time it says it’ll be ready. But when you walk in, they gotta ask you for ur name, then prepare it. Like I could’ve just gotten it the regular way

Literally the worst chipotle you can go to…i come here a lot since its about 5min from my house. Servings are always light, cold, never any chips and clearly horribly ran. Go to chipotle on commack rd which is only a couple min away or cabo fresh which is next door

i used to work here and my bosses overworked us so much, the turnover rate for this company is actually insane.
STOP GOING TO CHIPOTLE and so they can actually make a difference
