i used to work here and my bosses overworked us so much, the turnover rate for this company is actually insane.
STOP GOING TO CHIPOTLE and so they can actually make a difference

Good food however, the person checking me out was EXTREMELY rude. They didn’t bag my items for me and when I asked for a receipt they said no. I asked where is the receipt and they told me to “get out” and “stop wasting thier time” ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

They gave me someone else's order. I'm not sure how you manage to do that when both the container and the bag have the receipt with the customer name and what they ordered taped to it. How do you mistake Emma for Jason? Especially concerning when I read the sticker and realized that the other person's order contained ingredients that I'm allergic to... thankfully I didn't open the container.

Picked up the order at 9:45 and they were closed by the time I got home and realized, so I'm not sure how I'm supposed to get my money back.

HORRIBLE service. First time I went, the cashier was cursing about the ice machine being broken. The following time the worker asked what I wanted then ran off to the kitchen because they were calling her. There was a line behind me and no one was attending us. Very poor service, the workers need better training or management.

I usually try to give four or five star but I was really disappointed. I ask the guy to put me some gravy sauce and he said it’s gonna cost me extra. I said that’s fine since I don’t like dry food. And what he does, he puts the beef and still wouldn’t give me gravy sauce from the meat. I laughed at him and didn’t say nothing. Had to eat my dry bowl rice and the place was cold . Totally disappointed. I guess he saving that beef sauce for some vip customer .
Not coming here back again.

Allyson host worst chipotle I ever been to. They cannot speak English you need translator to communicate on top of that all the order were messed up please avoid going there no gloves nothing it should be closed

Staff member was rude and I asked for extra brisket and put less than a teaspoon of the meat. Staff looked like they gave no care

I cannot believe it only took 4 years for it to go down the drain. Employees were taught to have great manners, be friendly and serve the guest. I used to work with a lot that were heavily Spanish speakers but they’ve always always treated people the same; same cannot be said today, if your an English speaker getting food made by a Spanish person they are rude as hell rolling their eyes, not smiling and throwing your food on the counter. But the person in front of me only spoke Spanish and he got better treatment. Not to mention the food quality went down the drain severely, you can order a bag of chips four years ago and it was always crispy, and went guest started saying it was stale, they’ve made a fresh batch. Now they don’t and it’s very soggy and flexible. Now as a costumer, they got a nasty gay guy running the entire store, don’t get me wrong I’m gay myself but at least I’m nice, friendly and handsome. When you see this dude, he has an attitude, extremely judge mental, is always rude and thinks he’s above everyone. When you see him you’ll know based on how he sucks in his cheeks to prepare for the icecubes he’s about to eat. You know it’s so funny too because like he’s the face of the company yet he has an awful personality, no wonder he’s unhappy, can’t get a man when you look like the food you serve….Gross.

Don’t expect me back.

Twice this particular store has messed up my order. Getting it completely wrong adding ingredients and not adding the ones requested. After contacting customer service a free drink was offered in lieu of replacing my meal. I will never order from this Chipotle again there are many Mexican options in this area.

Not sure what the guys name was at the cash register last night. He was very rude and seems like he didn’t want to be there. He like sorta threw the bag of food at me. Didn’t appreciate that kind of service. Hopefully things get better at this location.

If there is 3 people waiting in line i know its a 20 minute wait. The staff is always changing. I dont blame the workers but I feel like maybe there understaffed and the ones that they have are just slow. Portion sizes are a bit inconsistent depending on the person. Whenever I go to another chipotle it always seems to be alot better.

I order from the app from this location cuz it’s the closest one to my house. Consistently wrong or missing items in the orders. Luckily you can complain through the app and they give you replacement items on future purchases, but very frustrating

Food is simply disgusting. The ice machine hasn’t worked for months and the drinks are always warm. The workers don’t care and barely give you the adequate portion sizes. The tables are always dirty and i’m constantly waiting on line for nearly 15 minutes because the workers are somehow always on break. Please nobody come here. Get this place shut down.
