This place is absolutely pathetic, the company should be embarrassed of this store. The employees DO NOT CARE. Customers are paying $15- $20 for food that is made poorly and not up to standard. They poorly packed my FOUR bowls and when I got home they SPILLED everywhere including my car. I also didn’t realize the bottom of a head of lettuce was considered a “quality ingredient”. You need to do better or get out of the shopping center. I’m sure there are 100’s of other restaurants that will provide this town will better quality service.

They only accept card which is fine but don’t have any signs stating “no cash”. I only got the message after ordering my burrito and pulling out cash in front of the worker when they finally told me…. At least have a sign by the entrance.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to, the hispanic manager or employee was so rude she refused to give me fresh meat and insisted on giving the tiniest pieces of the bottom of the batch tasted expired and then doubled on my hot sauce it was inedible and she had so much attitude after I said I burned my mouth. Didn’t offer to make a new one just tried to shrug it off. Anyway the first time I’ve had such a terrible experience at chipotle but they should train their management team better

The food is consistently good here and its a great value. I prefer to place my order in the store rather than order ahead. When you order ahead the portion sizes are much smaller. And I mean the beans, lettuce cheese peppers onions and protein. Always a ton of rice.

This location needs to be shut down asap. Yesterday night I went out to get chipotle after a very long day and the manager I believe her name was Alma gave a very hard time after I tried to tell her that they got my order wrong. I could barely understand her due to her lack of English knowledge and it was just chaotic. They put sour cream and corn on my bowl when I’m highly allergic to those things and she was trying to blame it on me. Never again! Do better chipotle…

I just had the worst experience trying to get dinner for my family after a very long day. Multiple times I tried to place an order through their website and the transaction wouldn’t go through because the payment processing wasn’t working. I then decided to just go and order in person. I wait in line for about 20 minutes and then when I got to order I placed my burrito and bowl order and then tried to order quesadillas for my kids and was told I had to order those with the cashier. I tried to order regular chicken and steak quesadillas but was told that I couldn’t…that it was an online option only. I said I understood but explained that the website ordering didn’t work so I wanted to order there and wait…the cashier said she couldn’t and that I had to ask the manager. I explained the situation and asked if they could please help me and she said no…look at the line…I can’t help you. I said I’m just trying to order my kid’s dinner because the Chipotle site didn’t work and she said no. I stood there in shock that she was unwilling to help me. I waited for a minute and the cashier said “I don’t know what you expect me to do” in a very rude tone. I am a long time customer and when I needed help I was met with no apology, no solution and only rude attitudes. I am deeply offended and will never go back to Chipotle again.

To start off I love chipotle i have it on a weekly basis. That being said this is the worst chipotle ive ever been to. The food was so beyond salty it was inedible. Im not even a picky eater it was just horrible. Also staff is not accommodating at all. Making me wait 30 min for a pick up order even though i’m in the store waiting. Extremely unhappy

Absolutely wish to give no stars for this Chipotle! The food was atrocious! I ordered the carne asada, which looks great on tv, but it was dry, had no flavor, and the texture was rough. The guacamole, the brown rice, beans all had absolutely no flavor! We got there at 8, and they already had been sweeping and chairs already were on top of the tables for the night, but they close at 9. The staff did not smile, nor make eye contact. This store should be on Undercover Boss for sure!
