Cindy was so accommodating when I went into her Cookies by Design shop to order party favors for my mother's 85th birthday luncheon. Her cookies are always so delicious and beautifully designed, and packaged. They were a hit at the party. My brother even commented that he's had them before and they were good, but Cindy's were definitely the best. I highly recommend her shop for any occasion!

My granddaughter loved the “speedy recovery” cookie basket that I sent! She said the cookies were all delicious and the basket really cheered her up! Thank you Cookies by Design Northport!

I DO NOT USUALLY TYPE REVIEWS.. But despite the positive reviews, I unfortunately had a horrible experience with Cookies By Design. I ordered cookies to my fiancé’s job for his birthday. They did NOT deliver the cookies on my scheduled day.I called them to ask what time they would be delivered and they gave me the run around and said it would show up before 3pm…but they never arrived. I called them the next day and the lady on the phone showed no sympathy whatsoever & just quickly stated that her driver had car issues so I couldn’t be delivered on time. That’s fine, but nobody notified me of this until I called for myself. Instead, they came a day later after I had already requested a refund since we were going out of town. They said they issued me a refund so I thought that was the end of that.The cookies showed up to his job on a different day, and when they were eaten, the cookies were stale :/ Not only did we not want the cookies anymore, but they lacked even lacked quality.AND NOW, ON CHRISTMAS DAY, I find out that they never issued me a refund and my Afterpay is being charged and scheduled to hit my account.I highly recommend finding a more reliable source for delivering treats, and I hope this business can improve in the future. But for now, I’ll absolutely take my business elsewhere.
