Worst experience I ordered two blizzards for mobile order pick up through drive through and I understand it was busy but when we got our blizzards it was watery like soup so we turned around to get new one remade but when I went to enter the restaurant they were closing and I told the young girl I need my blizzards remade because they gave it to me soupy and she told me she couldn’t do anything that I had to go back in the drive through line and I told her I wasnt going back on the line for another 15-20 min for the blizzards. After 3 attempts she finally went to get a manager and ended giving me a refund instead since they didn’t want to remake it for because I didn’t go through drive through.

Red hair girl who works at drive window is the most negative person iv ever met, felt it before but thought everybody have bad days, i am also in customer service.
Today i placed a mobile order and once i came to window i received her arrogant response that next time i need to give them 5 more minutes to make the order. Who complained? When person comes at box and orders a food you telling next time he need to wait for it? What i supposed to do
As i sad i know customer service industry and i know some clients are ridiculous but i don’t remember i ever did anything bad i am always polite no matter what and its not a first time so i decide to take a little time to write this.

The sisters that run this place are so sweet

There was homeless people standing by the drive through, the guy who took my order was rude, and they didn’t give me half my order.

I countlessly requested sprinkles and I was being yelled at by the employees that it wasn’t true, I tried to show my receipt, but was denied, and did not receive any sprinkles. This is poor managed, and must be better run. They are trying to grab money by charging for things like sauce. I would not recommend coming this place unless you want your day ruined. Employees do not know the rules and whereabouts of the store, and denied me fellow utensils. This is simply unacceptable, and Dairy Queen’s around the world must take note. The food takes around 20 minutes to make and is still always cold.

Wow!! Usually buy their blizzards and they are delicious. They are thick and cold. This one I got tonight is runny and warm. Big disappointment from DQ.

Grab several cakes here throughout the year and they always have plenty of different styles available and decorated for many different occasions. You never have to call ahead or place an order (unless you want a personalized decoration) there's plenty in stock anytime you stop by. If it's lunch time I usually grab some chicken strips which are real chicken tenders and pretty good. I'm simple, I like the chocolate milkshakes, and they do a nice job mixing them so they're a little thicker than other places and you can scoop some up with your spoon if you like! Nice staff, very friendly!

I ordered a 6 piece and 2 piece of the new spicy tenders and they gave me 2 regular tenders, cold fries and my BLUE slush tasted like peanut butter and i saw bits of maybe peanut butter in there? gross. I drove away before I realized but the tenders I did get were W

A good version with the DQ items you love. Only, don't expect chocolate sprinkles anymore, for some reason they've all stopped carrying them.
