We went in for Free Cone Day; it seems sad that we seemed we were far more prepared for it than the restaurant was. They had run out of napkins, dip for the ice cream cones and tops for the cups. However, the food was still tasty, quick and reasonably priced. The poor reputation probably kept the crowds away, so there was a free table for my kids who didn't seem to mind.

This place is honestly amazing. I love the blizzards so much and the burgers never miss. The service is good, some workers just don't seem like they want to be there, but that doesn't really matter, they are still nice. Very nice place to sit around in, and good parking lot to eat in, too.

I come here every Friday night around 9:30 in the drive thru and it’s always a 30 min wait for some ice cream. Sometimes I even have to wait 10 min just at the speaker to order with only one car at the window in front of me.

When I pulled up to the drive through a young man exclaimed "welcome to Dairy Queen I am the dairy king how may I take you order!!!" And my faith in humanity was restored. Snickerdoodle blizzard was on point as always

We love dairy Queen but have noticed their blizzards are not make with the highest level of attention. The last 4m3 times I have ordered the brownies extreme blizzard it's not mixed well enough to combine the vanilla and chocolate items. See photo, way too much vanilla at the quarter bottom of a cup. Disappointing as I am a chocolate lover and it wasn't enough chocolate brownie pieces or chips to make the entire blizzard chocolate. Take a look at the photo and see all the vanilla this blizzard is supposed to be all chocolate.

I used to visit location about 2 times a month but the past year I have stayed away as the Blizzard is watery like liquid. Gave them another shot this week same issue. A watery liquid Blizzard. Also the woman at the drive thru was unfriendly as she didn't want to scan my phone for the rewards. Bad experience.

Our first time here even though we have been living here for over 10 years. Wife wanted ice cream but their menu convinced us to order other things. We were greeted and treated very well! A younger teenager who celebrated 1 year working there helped us with our order and made recommendations! The level of service we received is better than some higher end local restaurants that we sit down and eat. There was an issue with our order as we got 3 Chicken Strips instead of 6. He took care of right away and tossed in an extra one. We didn't ask or expect it bc we wanted room for dessert lol. We offered to pay for it and he said no way as it's part of his job to make us happy. I think we were just in shock/enjoyed the level service we received that elevated our overall experience there. Food was good, prices seem fair and service was memorable! We ordered... Chicken Fry Ring Basket Cheese Burger Sugar Cookie Blizzard (that he recommended) Banana Split We didn't take photos of dessert bc it's pretty much self explanatory

My kids enjoy getting blizzards from DQ after we go to Chili's down the road. They taste great, just menu items are expensive for the amount you get. We went through the drive through which is a huge plus in my book.

This location of Dairy Queen is a definite go to for not only delicious ice cream etc, but also great food ; hamburgers, hot dogs,chicken,salad& other novelties! It's very clean & the staff is terrific! Kai made us feel so welcome!!! I highly recommend the Dairy Queen in East Northport on Jericho Tpke. Great place for kids!!!
