It’s a great spot with great food. Unfortunately, it seems like the management is looking for reasons to make customers not return. Prices constantly increase (moreso than other restaurants), they eliminated the free bag of chips that came with takeout, and the menu is constantly changing. I can name at least three items that I really enjoyed, but are no longer on the menu (they also have a tendency to not update the online menu, so you call to order something only to find out they no longer make it). 5/5 waitstaff and food, 1/5 management.

Note to self - don't eat here again. I've eaten here 3 times now and every time I was disappointed. Food is very sub par and very lackluster. Good drinks though. Come here if you want good mixed drinks. Just don't eat the food.
I’ve always loved this place even if it’s been overpriced. The tacos, especially the Carne Asada, are excellent. That said, management keeps raising prices while shrinking portions. You also removed the small bag of chips and salsa from takeout orders, which was a nice touch.
To management/ownership: you can’t pass every added expense (‘inflation’, ‘supply chain’) on to loyal customers. Keep it up, and they won’t stay loyal.
It’s also worth pointing out how poorly talent has been managed. Sal, your star waiter for example, was a huge draw. Customers came in just to be sat by him. He brought business in, was a strong worker, and even suggested a new taco that ended up being ‘Tsvo of the month’; selling more in a month on average than any other item on the menu. I know this as a fact. Yet - instead of giving him credit, a leadership role, or simply making a permanent menu item, you let him quit. That’s a costly mistake.
Love the food, but your management is horrible. It’s no wonder Ruvo is also the same way.
Went there today around 1:30, it was slow. Took almost 5 minutes to be seated, then when we sat at a table and we waited about 8 minutes before leaving. No one came over, offered water, nothing. We were excited to eat there for the first time, but based on the first few minutes seems like they don't have it together. They cared more about the door dasher that had an issue with thr order (who also barged in front of my 3 year old son almost bumping into him) than providing good service to us.
