My go to place is the commack location. I used to go here in a pinch but had to just give up. My order is rarely correct and when I get the bacon, it’s always cold and not edible due to some awful taste. I’ve tried a couple times and I can honestly only blame myself for continuing to go there. The staff is non helpful and honestly, more often than not there is a language barrier.

I work for a local business and frequently pick up coffee for coworkers despite not much liking their coffee. Upon arriving to pick up, after buying a coffee and tipping nearly as much as I paid for the coffee to compensate a normally very kind staff that assists us, I went to pick up my co workers orders. They apparently didn’t go through the system properly. The barista was back and forth between saying the order didn’t exist or it did exist but I wouldn’t be able to know unless I gave the full legal name of everyone who ordered AND their account number. Staff was needlessly aggressive and unclear with what the problem was, and wouldn’t clarify if the order was in or not. Encouraging my companies staff to no longer give them business.

I personally would give them 0 stars . I asked them for the 6$ meal with no cheese on a croissant and the worker who’s name is supposedly “KAREN” said she can’t change the order because she already put in for a bagel . Meanwhile this is in the drive thru on the speaker . Drive up to pay , as she was handing me the coffees I asked her can she stretch her arm out I can’t reach . She’s like well that’s not her fault …. I need to stretch . I told her I’m pregnant and I’m struggling . She said oh we’ll figure it out . After I got my coffees I asked her what’s her name . She said Karen and slammed the window in the face . DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR . Don’t go here unless you want your blood pressure raised .

There coffee is way to hot now. 3 weeks ago you were able to drink it. Now when you go in and get it. Its extremely to hot. It takes about 15 minutes for it to cool down to where you can start to drink it.
You eat your breakfast and you can't even drink your coffee while eating like you use to. Because the coffee is to hot. By the time you finish eating your so disgusted because the coffee is still to hot. That you just throw it out
I've been a loyal customer for years. But I think I'm going to try a bagel shop or a Starbucks or something else now going forward. Because this is like the 4th day in a row like this.
The ladies that work here always have an attitude while also repeatedly getting simple orders wrong. management needs to hire better employees for this location

This Dunkin’ Donuts is horrible. The service is what kills it. The people who work here have no manners, talk behind their back about you and get angry and mean when they don’t feel like taking your order and making your coffee and food. There was to girls who spoke behind my back when I was nothing but kind to them cause they didn’t like we came in at the wrong time. Coffee is watery too. Better get new management or fire some people.
