This Dunkin’ Donuts is horrible. The service is what kills it. The people who work here have no manners, talk behind their back about you and get angry and mean when they don’t feel like taking your order and making your coffee and food. There was to girls who spoke behind my back when I was nothing but kind to them cause they didn’t like we came in at the wrong time. Coffee is watery too. Better get new management or fire some people.

It's a Dunkin' Donuts. Not much to say about it. You're getting exactly what you pay for, which is a mediocre fast food breakfast. Nothing special or fancy. And I like that. Sometimes I like getting out of bed and taking a drive over to Dunkin' if I don't know what to eat. But don't expect luxury or high quality food. If you want that, Bagel Chalet is down the road, and Duck Donuts is a 10 or 15 minute drive down Jericho and Vets Memorial Highway.
I guess my real complaint about this location is that the workers can be a little bit rude. I go through the drive thru, generally in the late morning/early afternoon. I understand it, given that it's a minimum wage job and they probably don't get paid enough for what they have to put up with, but it's still a bit jarring. They are pretty quick to make the food though, so it isn't a total loss.

I ordered 4 donuts , 2 refreshers and 1 bagel. When I went to pickup on driveway, I realized I forgot to order one more refresher for my friend. I told the attendant that I want to order one more but she refused to take my Order and asked me to go back to line and waited on the driveway. It was disappointing. I ordered so many things but refused to give one last item.

At The Drive Thru Make A Better Effort To Give Your Customer's Their Receipt, Money, Coin or Credit Cards So That All This Stuff End Up On The Floor !!!!!
I ordered a cold brew and was given an iced coffee. I didn't say anything, and maybe they were out ... But I would have liked to be told and given a choice whether I wanted an iced coffee or something else.

They brew the same coffee grinds multiple times or they don’t use enough coffee.. Most times the coffee tastes like water. It’s rare to get a good cup of coffee here. You have to time it right when they decide to use fresh grinds or taste it before leaving. They’re scamming at this location
