Worst customer service
I am so let down by this place. My family does business all the time with this place. But after what I witnessed last night for my cousins birthday. I am absolutely appalled! The fact that they served the food in the condition they did is absolutely sickening and disgusting. I will no longer be doing business. When someone has a peanut allergy and you request no mortadella and they still put it. This upsets me highly. Someone could have had an allergic reaction and lost their life due to negligence. If you were able to smell how sour the rice balls were. The deli meats were all brown. Very upsetting.
Absolutely disgusting in a huge letdown. We ordered a hero half American half Italian. The half American side had roast beef on it that was all skillet and brown. And on the Italian side, we asked for no mortadella due to a peanut allergy and they added it anyway. The day we called to order the hero I should’ve known by the guy tone in his voice. He seemed bothered and had a disgusting attitude. The meats are absolutely dry as a bone. I wish I can upload a photo so you guys can see the discoloring of the meats. I will be calling the Board of Health first thing in the morning.

Very helpful and efficient customer service. We needed a large order for a very sudden get together that no one expected. EMF came through for us with fair prices and delicious food. We'd recommend them to anyone!
Delicious food and great service! I went it for a breakfast sandwich and the man behind the counter was exactly the type of person every good business owner would want to hire as well as the cashier.

Today, I went to the store to buy few things with a gift card. When I asked for the balance they did not know answer me because they do not idea how to process the old card. (The manager said is an old card) but that is not a good answer from the manager. They never could not help me. So, I lost the money in the card? It is important how to work with a customer and fine a good solution. Terrible and bad customer service.
I Got a gift card from this place, came to use it an buy stuff, spent 40 minutes to use and no one knows how to, I had to pay cash and I was asked to come later to see if someone knew how to process gift cards. I came couple months later to buy a sandwich, same story, basically the answer is that the money is lost because Manager Tom has no idea how process a gift card, find an answer or offer solutions. Food is ok, but service not so much!

Nice assortment of hard to find items without having to go to a huge chain. Very helpful staff

This place used to be AMAZING when ordering sandwiches. Lately sub par. The last two times we have come to this market for 2 heros they just cant seem to get them right. Either the workers dont care or have a serious hearing problem. We ordered in store once and over the phone the second.Also they charged us the same amount with all the mistakes when items were left off our order.
