Not sure what's going on lately. Been going here for years now. But recently they started going downhill. Service is slow. Seems like people working there just want to hang out with their friends. Ordered a chicken panini last night and it came on a toasted Kaiser roll. Things get forgotten in orders. One time I called in an order came around the time they told me to, went to pick it up and they hadn't even started the order.

I ordered a pasta meal for pick up, brought it home and it was missing the pasta. I called and was told to bring it back to show the chef as proof. Very disappointed in the customer service and will not be returning.

First time coming here , I came with a very large group for a late lunch/early dinner. We had several courses given to us, the pizza appetizer was decent. The rice balls were just ok. I got chicken parmigiana for my main and unfortunately it was pretty average(lack of cheese, didn’t like the sauce and the cutlet was so so). I don’t know if it’s because of having a large group and it was made ahead of time? The cannoli for dessert was good. The service was very nice and friendly.

We're regulars here, they have great pizza and great food generally, the reason I'm giving 4 stars is that they play games with credit card fees. I paid them $50 cash and $11 on my credit card but they charged me 35% for credit card fees. Definitely a little shady so just be careful and review your bill.
Had a great lunch today. My sister in law and I took 5 girls to lunch. They had a big selection of fresh pizzas and garlic knots, capellini cake. We got a great salad with veggies. The staff was very friendly and Richie the owner came out to greet us and make sure everything was good. I def reccomend this place.

Disgusting management..absolutly the worst customer service ever. Screamed in our faces and threw out food in the trash right in front of us then screamed at US that WE WERE SCREAMING THE ENTIRE TIME?! cockroaches and mouse feces all over the counter. Never eat here. May you all be judged by god in Xmas eve for the way you treated a woman.

Typically their food is really good. But when I ordered tonight the pizza was here in like literally no time. And when I opened the box. It was like it either flipped over upside down, or they had 16 other pizzas stacked ontop. The girl who answered the phone when I called back said they would send another pizza "right out" to us. But unfortunately it took them like an hour to send the new pizza right out to us.

i just had a chicken francais slice and it was the most delicious slice i have had in a while. They really make chicken franchaise well so it was yummy as expected. will definitely be ordering a pie like that in the near future. SOOOOO goood. Sorry no photo like i usually do, it was so good that my kids finished it while i wasnt looking lol
