This was supposed to be an omelette… they should probably take omelettes off the menu… I spent half an hour of my time to make the $20 they charged me, just to be offended and hungry still

This place charges different prices for the same order all the time...today was absurdly high..so many other bagel places to go in the area..lost customer

The old white lady and white dude reeked racism. I placed my order for two tuna wrap, 3 bagels and two coffees for $41 (you kidding me?). Then waited in a vague directionless two lanes walk way to the cashier. No matter where I stood, the people at cashier made me feel uncomfortable as if I was in the wrong spot. The way the lady told me “I didn’t take your order” when I thought it was mine, after 10 mins waiting, was just rude and racist. Not going there again.

Edit: my wife just told me it was one tuna wrap 1 muffin 3 bagels and 2 coffees. Crazy prices. Ok food and loads of arrogance, for exactly what?

The bakery cookies are just awful. Tasted like they were sitting on the shelf for a week and you have to buy a pound of them. Very disappointed.

This bagel shop was a staple for all my sandwich cravings, whether it was morning, noon or night. I'm really disappointed to see how awful this place has become. Between the attitudes of the employees, the low quality in food/portion size and outrageous price. I have given them several chances at redemption and without fail, I am easily reminded why they are just not worth it anymore.

they will only take orders online and not on phone when I called. The app is easy but doesn’t let you leave comments or for toasting bagels etc.

So I went in to get a just a couple of eggs scrambled and I brought my own bread because I'm on a keto diet so I can't use their bread so for two eggs and a cup of small coffee they charged me $10 which was insane, so then I went back to get a refill for the coffee (which somebody told me there was no charge) they tried to charge me $3 for the coffee? Listen I spend money like it's water but I can't stand being outright gouged and blatantly ripped off and they talk about car dealers, lol This place is just gouging people. I will never ever go back to this place again. On a five-star scale I give this place half a star so do yourself a favor go to across the street to Bagel Boss I went there and ordered the exact same thing and it was $3 less.and they give Free Refill on Coffee and Tea so I only spent $7.10... first of all I've never done this before and second of all why doesn't the owner address the price difference issue between his store and bagel boss across the street and why doesn't he give me his telephone number so I can call him

So I went and had some Breakfast about a week ago and I'm just getting around to doing a review now which I totally forgot about but I went in there and I complained about my order and I asked for the owner when I came in there three times and he was not there each time and I looked at all the reviews and I see him responding to people saying that you should come in and ask for him and if there's any problems but he's never there I'm sure he's there in the morning to get the place running but then he takes off but I can tell you I will never come back because they just don't care this place has a big attitude after reading all the responses by the owner he could care less. he he made all his money so he doesn't care about the customers anymore no more Customer Loyalty does not care. If he truly cared about his customers he would definitely not be responding back the way he does because I have been in retail business my whole life and the customer should be felt like family not alienate them you want to keep them coming back and I used to tell myself people keep the customers we have happy or somebody else will ...apparently this guy never learned this ... So i happened to see the bagel store across the street called Bagel Boss and I went in there and the service was excellent the people were friendly and the prices were much cheaper. And now I know why the staff has an attitude problem because the owner has that problem and they feel they could treat the customers any way they want do yourself a favor go anywhere else but this place because apparently they don't need your business according to the owners statements

As a Long Islander, a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich is a breakfast staple, so I had high hopes for First Class Bagels. Unfortunately, this sandwich fell far short of expectations, especially given the premium prices. The bacon was burnt and reduced to broken bits, and the roll was bland and unremarkable—no poppy seeds, no character. It’s the kind of sandwich I’d expect from a budget spot, not from a place branding itself as “first class.”

To make matters worse, the coffee was equally disappointing. I asked for 2 sugars in a large coffee, and it tasted like they measured it out with a ladle—disgustingly sweet and undrinkable. Safe to say, I won’t be returning.

As many have previously mentioned, avoid at all costs. Purchased desserts that were inedible. Cheesecake tasted sour and bad and cookie was burned. Waste your money if you’d like.

I got a buttered roll and was charged $4.48… I didn’t realize it until I went to leave and it was 5 am so I didn’t have the energy to question this. I won’t be going back.

So I’d makes this a lower review if that order mistake wasn’t so funny. On my way to the Hamptons today and stopped in for a sandwich to eat on the beach. Ordered a Turkey and Salami hero, lettuce, tomato, mayo, mustard and BANANA Peppers. The sandwich is got had BANANAS and PEPPERS ?. Like you cut up a banana and didn’t think it was strange enough to clarify?!? Whatever there was so much banana mixed in the mayo it was a mess to take off so I swallowed my shame as well as this very bizarre sandwich

Otherwise everything looks really good if a little expensive but I’d give them another try. Just no more banana in my turkey please.

Used to love this place but the service and quality that I have experienced over the past few months has been horrendous so I will not be returning to this bagel store.

The staff is extremely rude and lies to customers. I called the store asking what time the grill shuts off, the person I spoke to told me I can come in and order by 2:00 pm. I got there at 1:45 and was told with an attitude that the grill is off already. After calling, I drove all the way there for no reason and was given the worst attitude by employees. The system to order food online always has issues and I have never been to another restaurant or establishment that you are not allowed to call in your order.

The quality of preparing orders has also gone down. I have gotten mistakes in my order a few times recently as well as barely any cream cheese on the bagels.

Terrible service does not care about customers at all

Bought the bagel with lox cream cheese and it was rotten. Just vomit the contents out after swallowing a bite. Not sure what happened here but something has changed and not for the better.
