Got a Bialy and a side of Egg Salad. The Bialy was dry like cardboard, and the non existent cream cheese didn’t help. And the Egg Salad had 6 pieces of egg shells in a tiny little cup. 1? No big deal, I can look past it, it happens.. but 6?? Oh and this all cost me $9.. First Class? More like 3rd Class..

I love your bagels and pastries. But today I almost threw up after opening up your salad. I bought it around 11 today to eat for lunch.I am so shocked and disgusted. You have to step up your game in fresh salads. this salad was definitely prepared way too long ago. This is very disappointing especially when staff is friendly and bagels are very good...

I will never go back there staff extremely rude and nasty. Ever time I went there were flies in the pasty in the front counter. They double charge multiple times and I would ask for a receipt they refuse to give me one. Like I say I will never go back, I am going across the street to bagel boss they are clean and bey nice staff.

Excellent fresh bagels and pastries, great variety. Just had the most delicious cucumber salad here. But time your visit because you'll be standing in line forever during the breakfast and lunch

So I love this place for the bakery and for the food .. but unfortunately tonite I got there at 5:52 pm there was a couple in there getting something so I assumed since they closed at 6 that they were still open .. I go to the register all I wanted is a couple croissants . I was telling the young lady at the cashier what I wanted and a Spanish lady starts yelling that's enough tenants enough very loud ! And very rude . She said her name was Maria . And to be honest that's the first time I ever experience bad service here . She was basically kicking me out . She needs better customer service training ! ..

Every time I've ordered pumpernickel, I've been given a rye bagel. Pumpernickle is the DARKER one. Staff has poor follow through when they take your order. Twice my order was taken and the person who took my order ghosted me. I had to ask someone else to follow up on my order. The baked goods are tasty, but because they leave them uncovered, they are often hard and stale. Not first class at all.☹️

I bought a whole crumb cake here Saturday evening before they closed for someone’s birthday. When we cut into it in, it was entirely crumb, dry and hard. We couldn’t find any cake.I brought it back the next day for a refund or exchange and was told that there was nothing they can do unless the manager was there. It was 3:05pm on a Sunday so not sure why the manager had already gone home but we got her/he on the phone and she/he refused to do anything. They tried to tell me there should be crumb on the cake as if I have never had one before. This was such a terrible experience, my in laws live in the neighborhood so we used to come here for bagels but we will never be back. It is overpriced and the quality is average at best.I would not recommend this place to anyone, there’s plenty of better spots around the neighborhood.

Went there for lunch with my wife today. She ordered a well done scrambled egg and cheese sandwich which was not scrambled and the white of the egg was half done.I ordered a plain bagel with a side of butter and got a bagel that was so hard and tasteless that it must have been left over from the weekend. Instead of a small container of fresh butter, I was given four pats of butter that must have been taken out of the freezer since it took 10 minutes before it could be spread. The half eaten sandwich and half of the rock hard bagel found it's way into the trash which is where it belongs. In addition to the inedible food, we were served by a person who seemed to want to be anywhere but behind the counter of a food establishment.Bad food and bad service is bad for a business where there are no less than a dozen other bagel.shops along Jericho Turnpike between East Northport and Commack.

We bought a 'crumb cake' from here and it was completely dry to the bottom. It was disappointing because we were celebrating someone's birthday and cut into a dry cake. I brought it back the next day and the manager was gone at 3pm. The nice staff called the manager but they refused to give any kind of acknowledgment, compensation or even a small credit. For a neighborhood place, this place feels completely unfriendly and difficult. I highly recommend to go elsewhere.

I would give no stars if I could. The service is horrible, the bagels are not even good and it also very expensive. I will now be going to Bagel Boss across the street.
