The food's great, but I've had some problems going here. I've ordered pickup and they've put the receipt with my name on other people's orders more than once, they've forgotten to start making mobile orders until I got there, etc. Not sure if it is the restaurant's fault or an app glitch, but it the app will also give you weird times for pickup (told me 45 mins for one sandwich the other day), so just call to confirm.

I went here with my sister and we both got food poisoning. I will never go back to this deli. If you get sick I can almost guarantee it was because of how they handle their meats. I do not think their employees know anything about proper kitchen hygiene.

There's this one kid who works there who has the most garbage attitude. He's always pissed off as soon as he has to do anything. No smiles, just eye rolls and sluggish movement. Don't bother asking for anything bc he gets visibly inconvenienced by your presence. He gave me bread that was easily a week old. Just a rock hard sun that had to be thrown away. I've had experience with the rest of the staff who are wonderful, but this one kid is so insanely lazy and uninterested in helping anyone. Take your money where you'll be treated better.
I've loved every sandwich I've ever gotten from Jersey Mike's. The app makes it so easy to order and by the time I leave my house and drive up there the order is ready. Always looking for a good sub and JM's always delivers.The fact that the order is ready after a 15 minute drive is very impressive. The app also gives you points so you can get a free sandwich after a couple of visits.Love the shore vibes in the place. Always clean when I go there.So glad they're close by.

Tried to order on DoorDash at 8:30 immediately was cancelled even though it said taking orders until 8:45 and you close at 9. Maybe don’t hire kids who’d rather close early and go out then do their job.

This place has the slowest service i jave ever seen in my life smh, there was literally two people online and i waited 25 minutes to get a quick sandwich made , i would not reccomend going here , maybe the pickup orders is tue only way to get food, its also not cheap - better off buying meat st the deli and making your own sandwich , def never coming here again they need to train their employees because they dont have a clue what there doing :)
