The freaking best

What a garbage restaurant. Tried to order online. Ordered a meatball sub and a hot chicken cutlet. I asked for american cheese on the meatball and mayo on the chicken cutlet. First phone call i got was from the store saying they don't carry any cheese other than parmesean. Ok that's odd for a place that sells sandwiches... Then he asked what we want on the chicken cutlet. I said "all the normal stuff". He said there is no "normal". I'm like just lettuce, tomato, onion. The stuff that comes on sandwiches! Then I get a SECOND call from Slice this time, telling me about the american cheese issue again, and then telling me that because i ordered a HOT chicken cutlet, they were unable to put lettuce, tomato, onions and mayo on it. I said that's the most ridiculous thing i've ever heard. Cancel the order.

Where did Vinny go!? Went last night to get some BBQ Chicken slices and this was NOT the same as always....called up and was told Vinny wasn't there anymore and guy proceeded to trash talk Vinny who was always a nice guy to me,the guy was yelling and screaming on the phone about how he's the new owner and he does everything the same way and even got annoyed that we told him we were disappointed and hung up on us! Instead of helping his customers,he's now lost customers...I would think a new owner would want to keep customers so his business doesn't fail! Until I hear if Vinny comes back,I will def NOT be coming from West Babylon to Northport for pizza! Plenty of closer places to go to! I never minded the drive to enjoy his food but I'm not doing business with this new owner!!!

Awesome prices. I go there for times a week. Never got a free slice yet lol. If I did I'd give a five star.

Usually very good food. This time I wasn't able to taste it. They wanted to charge me extra 4.00 over menu price. Said “prices subject to change”. For a 13.25 salad (menu price) which is high.. to ask me for 17.50 after waiting over 10 min and not informing me.. I was pissed. Then was told “sorry, nothing I can do”. I won't be back. Check your prices when you order... bad business..

It is the best pizza place I have ever been to. I love the pasta too. It is amazing. I would rank Johnny's Paradise pizza number 1.

Best Eggplant Parm and Lasagna around. Always polite and friendly service in person or on the phone and quick delivery. Sauce tastes just like my Grandmas so it really takes me back.
