I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent dining experience at your restaurant on 3/16/24. I ordered the Short Rib stew dish and unfortunately, the meat was inedible. It had a strong unpleasant odor and a terrible aftertaste, forcing me to spit it out.I understand that mistakes can happen, but serving spoiled meat is a serious issue. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter to ensure it doesn't happen again to other customers.

My husband and I arrived around 9:45pm - their site says they close at 11 but it looked like they already were closing for the night but still they told us to come in.Our server, young female, was so rude! Rushed us to quickly order as soon as sat down. Had such an attitude not with just us but the other staff. When I asked her questions about the sides she looked annoyed ? and constantly said ‘what?’ - maybe she should’ve gone home early. Needless to say her tip reflected her attitude.The food - completely overpriced and not worth the price. Tiny portions and not as flavorful as authentic Korean food should taste. We’ve had much better Korean food for nearly half what we paid. Wouldn’t return or recommend….maybe that’s why they looked closed when we arrived? ?♀️On the good side the other staff were cleaning the restaurant thoroughly while we were there.

I ate there yesterday for the first time and I cannot wait to go back and bring all my friends. Absolutely great experience from food to staff to atmosphere. There are not enough words to describe the overall delicious and warm experience it was!!!

Service was good, had the kimchi stew, bib bim bop, and budae jjigae on three separate visits. The prices at this place are insane but if they are marketing themselves as a once in a while visit, then they have to have overly inflated prices on simple soups and traditional stews. The food lacks the authentic Korean experience as they must cook the recipes and make the taste a little bland for the general public. I would say that the food is clean and healthy, but I wish they just made the traditional recipes. Somebody please bring an every day Korean restaurant to Suffolk County!!!

The food was delicious! We ordered the combo platter, and the meat was tender and succulent. The steamed egg and soup were so flavourful highly recommended. The fresh lemonade was also had great acidic flavor to complement the salty flavors of the meats. Service was also great, everyone was very nice and helpful as this was my only 2nd time to Korean BBQ and they help recommend the best combos and sides to add with each meat.
I've had korean barbecue many times before and this was hands down the best one. The servers are so accommodating and checked up on us regularly. Most importantly, the food was spectacular. If I could I would come back everyday!

We were pleasantly surprised when we stopped in at Korean Grill to have family dinner. The meats were so tender and juicy but the most interesting thing was, it was cooked on charcoal. I have never seen such an interesting concept. My family and I are big on charcoal bbq and I would come here every week to dine. The servers were very nice and catered to our needs. It’s a hidden gem on Long Island. I give Korean Grill two thumbs up!!
What a hidden gem! We order all the time because we looove Korean food but my husband and i stopped in for lunch this week. It was such a cute lunch date! We did the long island bbq menu and were so happy. Very healthy for such a filling meal! We lived in the city for years and love Korean bbq and were so pleased to enjoy it so close to home. The owner, Kim was so wonderful and local too! Love to support our neighbors! Highly recommend!!!

First off, they were super nice. Second, their food was very fast coming and took only 2 minutes for all of it to arrive! The place looks amazing and you’re treated with great customer service.
