I’m so sad to say but the food here is really bad. Before the change of ownership, I would have given this bagel shop a 3.5/5. Their bagels have never been good, very bready. Their deli was better than their bagels, so I would come for sandwiches. But lately, this past month, the quality of all of their food has significantly decreased. I was hopeful that the change of ownership would actually improve the food here, but sadly the opposite has happened. I will come and try it again in another month. I’m hopeful that things will improve after the new owner gets his bearings.

The coffee is absolutely terrible. Have the owners tasted their own coffee? It's brown hot water.

Such a shame this place sold the new owner is a mess. Store is redesigned and feels awkward with line and waiting area in new but wrong places. Plus food takes FOREVER 15 mins for a bacon egg and cheese and the store was basically empty.

I’ve tried to give this place a chance week after week but they keep falling short. My bf goes to get bagels at least once a weekend and I always order the same thing, everything flagel with veggie tuna. Now the bagels are really good especially since they’re the only place that still has salt on their everything bagels, but every week the portion of tuna on the bagel is unacceptable. If I’m ordering an everything flagel, thats a really flat bagel, and the width of the bagel is more than the width of the amount of tuna on it is unacceptable. I know that theye capable of making a good veggie tuna bagel because I had one on my first trip here, it was loaded with tuna, it’s the inconsistency that I don’t like because if I’m paying for a service I should be getting the same service each time, not wondering if they’re going to mess up this time or not.

Been coming here for years. But seems recently they increased prices quite a bit- a bacon, egg and cheese is now $9.50. Looks like I’ll be trying somewhere else next time.

Well 1st off I was there Monday & a dozen was $16. I return today & it's $18!! Are u kidding me?!! For real. Not to mention the clerk who put in 1/2 the effort to make my egg sandwich screwed that up too!! I mean what goes on?? I order BEC & I Get NO BACON!! For $9 I could have gone to a quality bagel store & got a correct lunch. Is it new management AGAIN? Seriously I can't deal with this anymore. Go elsewhere. The staff is changed every few months.

Solid bagel place and deli.They run the Wednesday deal that can't really be beaten .The bagels themselves are decent but not spectacular.They have a pretty big selection in the deli and bakery case, which makes this place great for work breakfasts/lunches.

Vegetarian options: They have tofu cream cheese.

Bagels were very good .

It has always been one of my favorite spots for breakfast when I'm in the area. Unfortunately, it seems like the quality of food and customer service has gone down. Staff was standing around while one person did everything and there was no order for customers coming in needing to order and ones who had already ordered .

I love this place its Super Clean, all of there Bagels are Great, there Salads and There baked goods!! The people that work there are kind, helpful and patient
