It has always been one of my favorite spots for breakfast when I'm in the area. Unfortunately, it seems like the quality of food and customer service has gone down. Staff was standing around while one person did everything and there was no order for customers coming in needing to order and ones who had already ordered .

Bagels are okay. But they raised their price significantly without updating their menu price. They pretty much can charge anything they want. A regular bagel is $1.50 with cream cheese is $4.00. I can buy a block of cream cheese with that difference. Crazy! I also read a review (right before I post this *wishing I read it before I went in) from 4 months ago with someone commenting on the same issue. So the incorrect price was nothing recent. Now that I think back, I should've just walk away after I questioned about the price and not let them rob me. I would definitely NOT return.

One of the worst serving experiences in my life. They made us wait 10 minutes with no help. As we were waiting, we saw them mess up 2 orders out of the 5 and left without buying food.
I eat a lot of bagels, and this is by far the best bagels in a 15-mile radius. Many options to choose from. The service is fast and friendly.

Good bagels but they raised the prices without updating their signage. Charged $4.75 for a bagel with cream cheese and the sign says $4.00. That is illegal in NYS... You can raise your prices but not without updating your signage!!

i havent been there in a long time as all my previous experience were so god awful i gave them another chance and whiile its still not great it is a bit better. the food is fine lately and the prices are better than most but the service is really lame you wait and wait while they do the to go orders and door dash and uber eats which is there main income its better than the other place down the road so i may give them a new chance..
