Three times I came to order food from here, I was ignored in line by all the workers. They kept taking other people’s order while I was standing there trying to call them. It’s always very hard to get them to take my order. And when they do they are rude about it. Not worth the wait

I asked to make my own salad and one guy there told me that They had pre-made ones, but I told him that I wanted my own salad in a specific way and he refused and he was acting like He didn’t know what I was talking about. He was just being vague because I asked another guy at the same place before and he actually made my salad the way I wanted it. Please next time if you just don’t want to do it for XYZ reason just say it and don’t waste your time and mine.

I dont like the cash dicount policy. The price should be the same however you make payment. I've visited there over the years to find my last visit that the price would be higher by 3+%. I choose to go elsewhere.

Great food. Freshly made. A better option then fast food as its ready to take out fast but its like homemade. Friendly staff. Clean.
Catered a meal for 25 this holiday season. We ordered chicken and ribs with all there sides. We were so disappointed with 90 percent of what they did. The rotisserie chicken was dry. The fried chicken did not hold up even though they told us how to keep it warm. The ribs were actually disgusting and fatty with the worst sauce ever. Lesson learned fireside does not travel or stay well. Stick to a sandwich.

Your deli is nowhere near real NY deli standard and your catering food is sub-par. I think what keeps this business standing is a clientele with a sub-par palate.
