I ordered a Greek salad and I received a salad with no feta, transparent old cucumbers and got an apple instead of the bread I asked for. Very disappointed, feta makes the entire salad

I spent over 59 dollars in here smh and everything was unacceptable. The cookie was Hard as a brick. The brownie was hard. The bagel was stale. And my drink was all the way OFF. The soup wasn’t even good.

Panera’s current dining experience leaves much to be desired. The service is consistently lackluster—staff show little attention to detail and frequently pack orders incorrectly, making it necessary to double-check your food before leaving the counter. This level of carelessness undermines trust and signals a broader lack of management oversight.

The pricing structure is out of line with the quality and quantity provided. Menu items are expensive for what amounts to very modest portions; value for money is simply not present. Cost-cutting over the years is evident, with noticeable reductions in both serving sizes and overall food freshness. However, my biggest concern is the apparent neglect for food safety standards.

After eating one of their soups, I developed severe food poisoning. I was overtaken by violent stomach cramps, frequent bouts of gastrointestinal distress that kept me up all night, and pain so extreme that for a moment I genuinely considered going to the hospital. I spent the entire night doubled over in agony. This wasn’t mild discomfort; this was absolute misery brought on by what should have been a simple meal. Disturbingly, my ordeal isn’t an isolated incident—other reviewers have consistently raised issues about the freshness and handling of ingredients at Panera.

Cleanliness and order accuracy continue to be recurring failures across locations, as echoed in numerous customer complaints. It’s deeply disappointing to see a once-reliable brand decline so markedly. Given the high prices, poor service, sloppy fulfillment, and—most importantly—serious food safety risks, Panera now fails to meet even the most basic expectations for fast-casual dining.

Though the food was delicious it was not worth it. It was way too expensive. For 2 people it cost close to $50. The food portions were small and not filling. Thank God I had a $25 gift card.

Door dash delivery to my wife at Huntington hospital - so like always they want a ton of money for just cheap ingredients and bs - but hey whatever - 60 bucks for onion soup a bag of mini cookies a chicken sandwich and a cup not a “ bowl “ of Mac and cheese - ok plus the door dash bill but I get door dash all the time and totally thing they are great but - my problem is - why can’t anyone do their job rt - this is not rocket science - my wife gets her order and of course the hung over slow adult did not put any utensils in my overpriced bag of garbage - it’s like what???? Com on - so now she has to ask a nurse and bla bla bla - I called the store to complain and said the “ bagger should be fired “ - the Karen said in an obnoxious rude voice / oh that won’t happen / I’m like of course it won’t - but what will happen is a strike against your business - you know what - I know people make mistakes but it’s like almost every delivery is not done rt these days and I’m really just fed up - - I am not the guy to complain but after so many times it’s like everyone everywhere should keep complaining until they straighten up - - sad these places have no problem down to the exact penny collecting from you but it’s the opposite with the products / -

No Baguette, no bread bowl at Panera BREAD! It's a bit ridiculous.

Panera is a great place to go to if you need a reasonably quite place to get some work done, and have a bite at the same time. The food has improved immensly over the past year from years past
