Some of the best Chinese food around! Always fresh, hot and delicious!!!

Used to be a go to place with many gluten free options. Was able to order gluten free fried rice and they just left out the soy sauce and couple years ago they stopped accommodating. Used to love going here now we never go. They used to be very clear with a gluten free menu. Many other places are much more accommodating.

Chinese style food with a difference. Not the standard menu. Food is fresh with large pieces of vegetables. Fried rice is more like brown rice. Egg rolls are excellent.

it's been a while since i've gotten food here, but let me tell you when i do? it's always an event. everything smells divine, the eggplant and garlic sauce is lucious and silky, the cold sesame noodles (get them spicy! always get them spicy) are the real deal, no peanut noodle crap in there!

This restaurant is obviously one of the best place to eat in the neighborhood. Whenever I come there I am very glad. They always keep their very high standard service and the topmost level of food they serve. You will be always satisfied with this restaurant. Warmly recommended.

Food is great ... very poor customer service ... will not deliver 5 miles away and when trying to explain door dash states there restaurant states permanently closed I was given an attitude ... took 5 minutes to tell me that they can’t deliver... poor customer service

My husband & I ordered dinner from Red Ginger today for the first time and it was absolutely amazing. So fresh and not greasy ; will definitely return!

This was my first time ordering from Red Ginger and it was very disappointing. Guy who answered the phone was very rude and unhelpful when asked about the 2 for $25 special. Instead of informing us that they no longer have that special, he rudely said that they have no control over what's posted on websites and that the special is actually 2 for $32 (I was trying to find a menu and came across a website that had pictures of their menu, so that's why I asked about the special). Didn't cringe at the price because I really wanted to try their food as I had heard good things. However, when we were looking for help on what the dinners were for this special, that guy simply didn't want to help and gave such a rude attitude throughout the whole interaction. I will not be giving them my business anymore.

Red Ginger could provide better customer service. I'm from out of town and decided to give this place a try and the guy who took my order over the phone was so rude and clearly didn't want to help with menu items. So disappointing.

I was dying for some Chinese food near me and this was open so gave them a call, my mistake, i should have waited until things opened up again. I'll just give you the rundown on the food. I ordered scallion pancakes, nope, we don't have those right now. Ok, can i have the hot and sour soup? No, we are sold out. Veg spring roll? Nope Egg roll? No I should have cut my losses right there but nooo, not me, I guess suffering is my middle name. What i did get was spicy cold sesame noodles, sweet and sour tofu, steamed dumplings, teriyaki chicken and chicken fried rice. The dumplings only had 4 to an order, not worth the price i paid. My sweet and sour tofu was not good, they sliced the tofu thin and fried the crap out of it so it was just too hard to be tasty. I suppose you are thinking about the sesame noodles now, well, time to stop wondering, the chef must have lost a grip on the hot pepper or maybe it fell because these noodles were HOT, just hot, no flavor but burning your lips and making you sweat hot. I'm not sure but perhaps the chef was out sick and someone else was doing the cooking yesterday. $60.07 later and most of the food went into the garbage can. I give this place one star because my son ate his teriyaki chicken and his fried rice but honestly, he also eats boiled hot dogs and those canned ravioli things.
