I recently went here about a week or two ago and and the food was great. Today my boyfriend and I decided to go again and I'm not sure if there was a potential employee being trained or whatever may have been going on I was empathetic and decided to wait. He gets up about four minutes later and I'm thinking that maybe he's going to take our order. No, he doesn't. Now my issue isn't even that he didn't take my order as yet it's the fact that I was acknowledged or even a "welcome, I'll be there shortly". I don't like that at all especially being in the hospitality management field.

The food is pretty standard, very similar in quality to Wayback Burger and others like it. The burgers are good, the chocolate shake was okay, and the pricing was pretty fair I thought. Not as expensive as 5 Guys, which I definitely appreciate. But the service was easy 5 stars. The gentleman who was working the counter was very friendly and kind, I've seen him there many times and he is the soul reason I want to rate this Smashburger 5 stars. So helpful, and wants to be sure everything you get is what you wanted. Shout out to you sir!

Ordered through seamless. The food is good and delivered quick, but they got my order wrong, didn't read my notes, and didn't bring it to the right door. For example, I ordered one crispy chicken sandwich and got a cheese burger. I asked for no pickles and got pickles. I left a note for the driver to not leave at the front door and they did anyway. Best bet is to go to the restaurant itself.

i've actually never been to the restaurant i have only ordered off of door dash. smashburger is amazing! very inexpensive which matches the portions perfectly! i've never had any issues with their burgers! always cooked perfectly! the only thing i will say is the last time i ordered their fries they were stale and cold :( i was very dissatisfied!

Can I just start by saying that this was THE best hamburger I've had in years? I found them on a third party delivery app. I have heard of them, but never tried the establishment before. Again, I'm trying a new place due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and this one panned out amazingly! The food was prepared and delivered at lightning speed, so I didn't think it was going to be a great meal. I was soooo wrong! The food arrived at the perfect temperature and the bags were sealed. Extra bonus there. My Classic Smash Single was unbelievable. They followed my special instructions perfectly, as to what I wanted and what I did not. The hamburger was out of this world. The meat was perfectly cooked, flavorful, and just stupendous. I upgraded to the brioche bun, which was also a nice touch. The Truffle Mushroom Swiss Single was larger in size due to more toppings, and very tasty as well. We got sweet potato fries, which were served in a cup. Generous serving. I do not have enough good things to say about Smashburger, except a major thank you! I will definitely be ordering from them again. Oh, did I mention they have Häagen-Dazs shakes also? Highly recommended!
