Worth experience ever!!! waited more 20 minutes for simple order and guess what..its came out wrong
came in here with a cowboy hat and a vision, literally my friend and I were at the spirit Halloween and bought silly hats then scrammed (they got a cowboy hat btw) and I ended up driving to jersey but that's kinda irrelevant. my go to drink is the pink drink with matcha cold foam and they literally didn't but milk in it or strawberries which kinda confused me but whatever

I've been to this location for many years and have always had a pleasant experience. In the past few months, I've noticed a change with the employees - moreso with the new manager. The last manager, Jade, was professional and courteous and always seemed to jump in on the floor to help the others. This new manager is never visible on the floor. On the rare occasion I have seen her, she is extremely rude to customers and she degrades the other baristas in front of patrons. This has definitely impacted my visits to this particular location. Whomever is a regional manager should really visit and see what's going on at this location.

Hello had the most frustrating experience today at this location. Picked up one drink added another drink for a coworker. I received drinks one without a straw which was okay. Upon leaving I’m driving and realize that the trenta strawberry acai for my coworker was spilling all over my car a (tesla) due to cap not being put on properly. I called to speak to manager unfortunately she was who served me when i went through drive through. She basically said unfortunately because once we serve a drink there’s isn’t much we can do about it all i can do is notify top company that they are not working properly. So in other words if i wanted my coworkers drink again i would have to repurchase. Please do better she was very unfriendly upon my arrival as well.
