I deliver for Uber eats and lately this Taco Bell location is unbelievably slow. I’ll give an order about 10-15 minutes of waiting time until I cancel and move on. Tonight I waited a whole hour for an order. I would have canceled earlier but I was really just interested in how long will this take. The entire staff needs to be retrained or fired, or they need to improve/change the way they deal with orders as they come in. None of the staff come by and ask what order you’re waiting on, you almost have to chase them down to be acknowledged. (Picture below is the order I was waiting on for an hour).

I've been waiting for 36 minutes now, I'm working on a delivery, and why are they wasting so much time for the sake of $5?? They work very poorly, the rating is broken due to waiting on a separate application, I waste time and get on my nerves.
This is another really good Taco Bell location. Great food, really good workers and very convenient location. We always get great service and tasty fresh food here.
