Tried this restaurant for the first time tonight and unfortunately will not be returning they got my order wrong thank God I placed it through DoorDash because the rude girl that answered the phone wanted me to pay again for the item I was missing. I got my refund through DoorDash was hoping restaurant would just fix the issue without having to write a bad review but after the customer service experience I had on the phone with that person I would not recommend you deal with nasty people like that, very bad look for the owners I offered to return the wrong item I received in exchange for the right one and she accused me of trying to get free food. Do better!!

I ordered 2 burritos on DoorDash. 90% rice in both of them. I got a fajita burrito practically no meat. Each bite was just rice, onions, peppers. Same thing with the other burrito to. Then DoorDash only gives me 7$ back which was the service fee. Spent 25$ for rice burritos. Didn't taste good either.

Very nice place. I finally found the third place that is the sister and brother company of burrito loco in commack and blue tortilla in selden. Keep up the good work! Nice young man at the front and the kitchen staff served my son and me some delicious food!

Shout out for the food at Three Amigos. We've always enjoyed taco Tuesday, but recently had them cater a backyard party. They delivered right on time. The food was delicious! Our guests really enjoyed themselves. Thank you so much!

Very disappointed with the black bean soup! I was hoping it would have actual beans in it, instead it was liquid with chopped up onions!!!!
While we often ordered from here, today was very disappointing. Ordered rice bowl with ground beef & beans. Brought food home & it was almost ALL onion, pepper & soggy lettuce:( No Rice or bean & very little meat? Rest of order was fine but extremely disappointed as it was not edible.

Place has gone downhill - we used to eat here weekly - years ago and recently YUCK. Cheaper ingredients, no taste, mushy rice, just BAD! We keep giving them another chance and it just keeps getting worse. We will not be going back.

My last 2 burrito orders, first was burned, 2 weeks later I received a cold burrito. Quality is low and will no longer frequent poor quality restaurants

I ordered a southwest burrito. According to the menue it had rice, corn, mushrooms,onions & I ordered ground beef. It was 95% yellow rice, NO GROUND BEEF, small amount of mushrooms & onions. Did not see any corn. $10.32 for rice & a touch of mushrooms & onions. And missing two ingredients. Very disapointed. Maybe the owners should start ordering take out & see if the cooks deliver, because they sure didn’t tonight. If I was the owner & ordered something simple & got screwed I’d fire who ever was in the kitchen. Next time I’ll make the trip to Aunt Chilada’s. Little further but always quality.
