Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I will like to know since when tropical smoothie doesn’t make children’s smoothie I get one for my granddaughter atleast three times a week. Today my husband when to get one for her and the woman behind the counter said they don’t make them anymore that’s funny because yesterday I got one for her.she also told him that if he still wanted the children’s smoothie that she will make it out he would have to pay the adult smoothie price.i refuse to go to tropical smoothie if that’s how they run their business.

Today, August 25th 2025 at 1pm, a woman was working BY HERSELF. The line piled up as she was flooded with orders doing everything solo. She did a fantastic job at managing orders and expectations for the people waiting and my smoothie was perfectly made. I don’t know her name but she definitely went above and beyond and deserves recognition. She explained that they had 2 employees call out but my question is: why isn’t the manager/owner there or having other staff come in? This woman, likely making minimum wage, was doing the job of 3 people! Where was management? I hope she was compensated for the excellent hard work she did keeping the business afloat while the manager/owners were no where to be found.

This location NEVER disappoints :) the only location that makes my chicken pesto exactly how I like it. Times I can’t get to this location (because it’s out of my way) I literally just wait until I’m in the area again. Love it here!

They get my order wrong every time. It's pretty amazing actually... The staff are a bunch of kids who don't care at all...

Waiting 45 minutes for 2 smoothies and sandwich was not what I had planned for tonight. The guy working here tonight was busting his a** doing legit everything. The girl was unprofessional, didn’t know if the smoothies were correct when handing them to us. She asked me what I got for food after standing there for 30 minutes. I told her and her response was “let me check” than she said “I would sit and wait”, and proceeded not to help the poor gentleman. This is appalling as she knew how long we were waiting because we said something. Awful customer service all around.

Best smoothies and cookies

Just walked in today and was greeted by a staff i haven't seen working here before. Said his name was Sebastian. Long story short, this was probably the quickest smoothest service ive received here, and I was also assisted by Sebastian with a Tropical Smoothie APP issue i was experiencing. My points were not populating correctly. Sebastian resolved the issue, executed the transaction, i received my points, and left happy. Thanks again !

Usually I love their smoothies, but recently they’ve tasted much worse, maybe watered down or something. Very sad because I’ve always loved the bahama mama smoothie.

Don’t get me wrong everyone is nice and the employees aren’t bad however I did come in today and my smoothies had no flavor they added too much ice/water. Just a little upset because I paid 20 for watered down smoothies and I tipped.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Tropical Smoothie. I went to pick up three smoothies: Bahama Mama, Paradise Point, and Island Green. When I arrived, the employee behind the counter, Kevin G., asked if I could taste the Bahama Mama to confirm it was correct. This was very inconvenient as the smoothie wasn't for me. Such a request is unprofessional and highlights a lack of quality control.

To make matters worse, all three smoothies tasted like water and had very little flavor. They were completely unenjoyable. This experience has left me very dissatisfied, and I cannot recommend this location. One star.

May 6,2024 Ended up walking out. Stood there for 15 minutes, didn't get acknowledged. Enough to observe that the employees were moving slowly and lack of careness. Looking at the other reviews, people seem to experience similar experiences. Tropical Smoothie!! Pay attention to how this affects your business - first impressions are everything.
