If there are more than two patrons in the store, do yourself a favor and just walk back out.Service is always super slow. I try to give them a second, third, fourth chance but every single time is worst than the last. Cash register placement is awkward (you walk up to a register and then are told to walk over to another to the right in a hallway). I ordered 1 smoothie at 1:45 online and at 2:25 it wasn’t ready with 4 patrons ahead of me (two of them turned around and walked out due to the wait time). This location is simply under staffed and inefficient.

I went in for lunch today with my friend around 1 pm and went first to order my food. I then stepped to the side and my friend was waiting to order. The woman who took my order totally ignored my friend who was waiting to order. My friend is a little person who has dealt with all kinds of stuff her whole life. I wanted to leave right away but my friend told me to just eat. I was going to order something for her but said she didn't want anything anymore. My friend is a human being and deserves to be respected like any other person. I have never witnessed such disrespect and discrimination. I will never be coming back here.

Came back to tropical smoothie today after a rough experience Much better experience. Staff was quick and responsive. The manager was well composed. Cashier informed me about half off smoothies before 10 am! Manager showed concern with her staff asking where they feel more comfortable doing food or smoothies. Loved that!Manager ensured a great experience overall!

The smoothie was great the cashier could have been a bit more friendly she looked like she didn't want to be there and when I asked her info about big groups coming in she couldn't answer and told me to see a manager because it was a Sunday. I have no problem with that however a little more of a personality with a smile would have been nice ?

I just stood for 30 minutes and no one even acknowledge our existence. They were so slow and they didn’t even take our order. So we just left and other people were standing there before we arrived still waiting for their orders or to be rung up

Every time I come here I tip. This time I placed $10 in the tip jar, then paid with debit. The card reader asked me if I wanna tip so I pressed no. It read back to me in all caps, "BAD TIP". Bro what?? Clowns

At around 1:15 today, I noticed a manager cursing out and threatening a worker. The worker yelled "I don’t have to be here." The manager of this location needs to be spoken to. She was super disrespectful to the girl working who said she doesn't have to be there. Disgusting service and I honestly don’t even want to come back to this location.
I would recommend for the smoothies but the food was not worth the money. The bacon ranch was very very sparse. The bacon could have been cooked more also. The sweet potato side was never heated and neither was my daughters separate order. The potatoes didn't look fresh either so I couldn't eat them. The staff was friendly and looked like hard workers.

Public service announcement : I'm reading the reviews from 5-6 years ago when i worked there. I didn't drop the orange juice, the orange juice container exploded and my response of the hard (but remotely quiet) savage F-bomb was justified to the situation at hand. Whoever reviewed that, and complained and left the the one star can rotate on it. Service now tho is just not good, it's like kinda goofy. I went in there for a smoothie during happy hour, and they denied me the hour of happiness. My 9 dollar Choco-Chiller smoothie was barley Chocolate and was not at all chill. End quote.

I asked politely if my smoothie was used in an allergy free blender to which the lady who made it replied "theres no nuts in this smoothie so who cares" and some gentleman employee said "no you have to remake it" and then the blender and smoothie were hulk smashed on the counter and in the garbage. How is this place even in business???????
