Lately this location has gone down hill. The App rarely works correctly and I ordered breakfast on Thanksgiving morning unaware that they were closed. It posted my order and when I arrived at the location the sign said closed. Now I have logged a dispute with my Credit Card issuer on this. It’s silly to post a sale if the product can’t be given to the customer. I can see why Wendy’s is hurting financially. I wish them luck,

Always so friendly and the drive thru moves super fast! Bathrooms are clean and it there is ample room in the dining area- as well as larger tables for families/ little kids

The Larkfield Wendy’s nightshift team is filled with a bunch of incompetent hooligans who care nothing more then to get onto the next customer. Not because they want to serve the customer but because they want to just finish the task at hand. What happened to pride. What happened to honoring the Wendy’s name. Because by golly, Wendy is rolling in her grave right now. I could get a group of 6 apes in that kitchen and they would have a better chance at following through on the correct order. But you get the Larkfield nightshift team in there and you get your order wrong not once but twice. It is simply unbelievable. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
