Drove through the drive-through they couldn’t understand English we got to the window. They couldn’t understand English and we couldn’t understand them. Terrible. Try to double charge us for everything we bought. After multiple tries couldn’t straighten it out. We had to drive away.

Waited forever. No line when I walked in. Someone came in and asked for a cup for water. Never paid but walked out with a full cup of soda. I definitely will avoid this location.

They are great at taking your order, but the crew that puts the order together is consistently bad. I stopped coming here in the past because of this. I was in a pinch and swung by last night, only to discover when I got home there was a missing entree - ACCURACY matters, and your goal should be to have customers come back. Whoever runs/owns this location needs a wake-up call. The last thing any customer wants to do is drive back to get what you forgot to pack, or get credited - Never is a long time and I am never going back to this location - it is simply not worth the time and aggravation.

Once again disappointed, this is the 7th time I've WASTED my money on this place. Every time they don't get my order right and they NEVER give me a receipt in the bag in order for me to make an actual complaint. Also the order that we got was wrong in general like no bacon on the bacon jr cheeseburgers, no kids chicken nugget when i asked for one they gave me a cheeseburger instead. It's just so annoying because i enjoy Wendy's food but they never get my order right. I have prob paid $30 worth of food that i never received because they ALWAYS messup

I never wait more than five minutes while I'm there.Vegetarian options: Salads are available.Kid-friendliness: It's Wendy's so kids are definitely welcome.Parking: There's a parking lot surrounding the Wendy's.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessibility.Dietary restrictions: Not sure if they specifically cater to certain things but you can definitely get vegetarian meals.

I was at the drive through today with my friend and i was trying to order. I wa speaking a little louder since i was in the passenger seat and the lady working the drive through accused me of screaming at her and told us she would deny us service if we continued to "scream"at her. We then proceeded to apologize if we were talking to loud and she then accused us of screaming even more after apologizing and denied us seevice. We went to the window to try and figure it out and she wouldnt have it and continued to deny us. We never got our food. This lady should be fired and i will not go back to this wendys anytime soon. F*** that lady.
