Carlito’s Pizzeria

The only reason I had originally ordered here was because my family liked the pizza but as of the last few weeks I have received what would be putting it lightly as awful customer service and horrible human interactions. The person or owner over the phone is incredibly rude and likes to cut off and be little women when he decided because he was short staffed. He didn’t feel like delivering more than 5 miles away, even though we have been weekly customers for months normally I wouldn’t write a review, but I felt I had to because the way I was spoken to as a woman and someone trying to order pizza on speakerphone with my family was completely unacceptable and disheartening, and I really am starting to lose faith in our community. Honestly, I could say that nobody in my family will ever be supporting this business again and truthfully, I don’t think that could be enough. Please save yourself and order somewhere else.

Very disappointed with service. They messed up two orders on seperate ocassions that I placed through Slice App. Both orders were the same, Epenne with meatballs. First time, I received no sauce, they put bare naked pasta and meatballs in a tin. 2nd time, no meatballs. When called, I was told that I only ordered pasta, they blamed saying it said no meatballs on the app, which barely had sauce. I got a 5$ refund for it, but it overall ruined my dinner. Wouldnt order from them again.

Multiple expired sodas in the fridge, but the workers were very nice and accommodating. Food was okay, establishment was boiling. Had to have been 80 degrees inside.

Got take out tonight, pizza was delicious. We hold a pretty high standard for pizza and this definitely met it. My girlfriend went to pick it up and said that everyone was very friendly and there are many specials available!

My son absolutely loves carlitos. He takes his spaghetti and shrimp to lunch twice a week and the pizza is always so delicious

Terrible experience. Very rude on the phone. We order multiple pies at a time and now we’ll order somewhere else. The guy in the phone was yelling at me for calling to ask about the pizza. Took them almost an hour (50mins) Very rude, very disrespectful- no not recommended to anyone. Delivery driver was very nice

Staff is unreal when it comes to providing a service that they received money for. Completely and utterly unacceptable from start to finish. Hung up on me and my friend 5 times when all we were attempting to do set up delivery with Uber. Refused to give the food to the driver when the driver arrived. Would NEVER recommend to ANYONE. Horrendous service. Total waste of time and money. Affiliated with the Too Good To Go service yet has ZERO idea of how the program works. Also I am physically disabled so I also see their treatment as prejudicial. Since I specifically hired an Uber driver bc I was incapable of driving myself. Tried to communicate this to the staff but he was too busy screaming his ignorance at me when I tried to be polite and communicate. I was in customer service in various industries before I was too ill and could no longer do the job. I wouldn't have treated a "Karen" like this. Let alone someone just trying to give the Uber driver's name for the delivery.

Uber drivers are paid by the app before the trip starts. Keep trying to accuse customers of not paying their Uber drivers when package pickup goes one way. No driver is chosen before Uber completes a pending transaction which is finalized after tip. No funds were required. Falsifying Uber is only going to prove you were at fault again. Once again I have picked up several TGTG orders this way. Keep trying.
