My son absolutely loves carlitos. He takes his spaghetti and shrimp to lunch twice a week and the pizza is always so delicious

Terrible experience. Very rude on the phone. We order multiple pies at a time and now we’ll order somewhere else. The guy in the phone was yelling at me for calling to ask about the pizza. Took them almost an hour (50mins) Very rude, very disrespectful- no not recommended to anyone. Delivery driver was very nice

Found mouse poop on the sandwich wouldn’t give me a $17.39 refund.

Staff is unreal when it comes to providing a service that they received money for. Completely and utterly unacceptable from start to finish. Hung up on me and my friend 5 times when all we were attempting to do set up delivery with Uber. Refused to give the food to the driver when the driver arrived. Would NEVER recommend to ANYONE. Horrendous service. Total waste of time and money. Affiliated with the Too Good To Go service yet has ZERO idea of how the program works. Also I am physically disabled so I also see their treatment as prejudicial. Since I specifically hired an Uber driver bc I was incapable of driving myself. Tried to communicate this to the staff but he was too busy screaming his ignorance at me when I tried to be polite and communicate. I was in customer service in various industries before I was too ill and could no longer do the job. I wouldn't have treated a "Karen" like this. Let alone someone just trying to give the Uber driver's name for the delivery.

Uber drivers are paid by the app before the trip starts. Keep trying to accuse customers of not paying their Uber drivers when package pickup goes one way. No driver is chosen before Uber completes a pending transaction which is finalized after tip. No funds were required. Falsifying Uber is only going to prove you were at fault again. Once again I have picked up several TGTG orders this way. Keep trying.

I've been to this Pizza place twice to get a Pepperoni slice and I have to say it is really one of the worst pizza places I've been to. The pizza is burnt, the pepperoni taste old. The sauce looked old and pasty. Both times after eating their pizza I definitely was not feeling well. I never really leave reviews but I don't understand how they are in business or how anyone likes their pizza. They need to really get their place together also. It looks very dirty and just disorganized. I only went there because I was in rush to get back to work and I needed something quick to eat.

When the pizza got to me it was cold I ask the delivery man wat took him so long he acted like he did know English I then told him I know Spanish but then he didn't want to talk so I called to have them deliver me another one they told me no so I told them I don't want it anymore. The delivery went back and told his boss that I threw the pizza at him his boss then called and asked me if I did I told him no then his told me not to call back there again I told him that I already told one of his workers that he had already Lost me as a customer.

Guy working was nice, but pizza was bad. Tasted old and soggy, couldn't even finish it. Went for dinner time maybe their lunch time is better but I wont be finding out.

Got a too good to go box. Got 3 slices the meatball Pizza was horrible! The meatballs were literally black. They were so overcooked and dried out and had no flavor. It tasted like just straight up chop meat then I tried the barbecued pork that meat was so tough. You couldn’t even chew it. It was so overcooked the third slice was Sicilian. I tried to bite, but this tasted like pure tomato paste right out of the can again no flavor. What a disappointment.
