Fast and good food.

I just left his restaurant at 3:55 AM. Breakfast don’t start till 4:00 AM. When I arrive they told me that they’re only serving breakfast but at 3:55 AM is still considered dinner and lunch. The person at the speaker had a very bad attitude And they waited five minutes until we can actually get our meal so we ended up leaving. I feel that having a bad attitude is just very bad, especially when the time we got there was still early. I will never come here because that attitude left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope that the person that owns this McDonald’s see this because you’re your staff is trained terribly. I will never come here again. I wish I could leave -10 stars.

First thing I noticed was the bun was soggy, like it had been microwaved or something, then the pink inside, like they forgot to clean the grill, which is understandable giving they have to go outside to serve people, but I did not visit this place tonight to feed the cats outside, even the fries were cold inside when I bit into them.

Idk why they call it fast food or how this loop hole of the numbered spots is flying.... it seems like they tell me to pull into a spot 9 out of 10 times, they forget or mess up the order about 85% of the time. They are pretty much never providing food within their alotted time window (average wait 8 minutes). The prices have continuously gone up the point where it'd be faster & cheaper to just out to a restaurant.
The food is the lowest quality with the highest tag of probably all the fast foods (and it's never fast).

Placed an online order through the app for someone to pick up. The order was cancelled with no reason given before the person got there. Payment was taken from my account (and then refunded a couple days later) so it wasn't a payment problem. They just decided to cancel it with no reason given.

A woman who claimed she was a manager & claimed her name was “Kim” is extremely rude & should be fired. I ordered breakfast before breakfast ended via the McDonalds app. Kim was blatantly lying and speaking like a robot reading a script to avoid taking responsibility for their mess up. She claimed they received the order after they stopped serving breakfast… So my order came to about $25 For a sandwich, hash, brown and drink, and when I received my order, all that was in there was the coffee… They did not refund the other items and I was using the app so I really was not able to get a refund for these items easily. I called McDonald’s wondering if maybe the driver accidentally left half my order there And a woman named Kim answered, and she was extremely rude right from the start did not apologize and was not in the slightest bit helpful. Instead of getting angry, that half of my order was just left out instead of just canceling my order and I was charged $25 for a coffee I respectfully asked her if I could maybe come the following morning to get the sandwich and hash brown. Anytime that there is an issue like this in a restaurant it’s common practice to do something simple like this to resolve the situation. She refused and just kept telling me to contact Uber. Meanwhile, I did not order from Uber. I ordered from the McDonald’s app. I ended up hanging up with her because she was so ridiculously unhelpful and just kept repeating the same thing like she was a robot. I ended up calling the McDonald’s app support and they were Unable to give me a full refund because I received part of the order… So I ended up paying $15 for a coffee Between the fees, the cost of the coffee and the tip. When I asked them what I could do because I was paying so much for a coffee they suggested that I called the restaurant and asked the manager to give me a sandwich and hash brown So I called back again, and I spoke to Kim again And told her what they said and asked her if she could please give me a hash brown and a sandwich because I could not get a full refund and she again refused and was acting like a complete jerk. Just so rude & pathetic and does not belong working with the public. I’m guessing if she is a manager, she’s a shift manager because I was axing who I could speak to above her and she was telling me that there was no one else there that I could talk to that was above her and then she wasn’t giving me any other names for managers who work there or what days they would be in. I had to ask her about 10 different times in 10 different different ways to get an answer out of her and I didn’t even get a full answer. She knew that she was being rude and that she would probably get in trouble for it so she wouldn’t tell me her managers names or when they would be in. Just letting her managers know now because this is absolutely ridiculous and she should not be answering the phone or dealing with the public.

Purchased combo 2 cheeseburgers,fries,drink. The drink and fries were great, but the two cheese burgers were not eatable.itwas a thin,over cooked terrible burger. I couldn’t eat it, so it went in the garbage. How can you serve food like this? (This happened 9/5at 4:30 pm) will not be back.
