Very nice and friendly in this McDonald's. Much better then the one in Mastic/Shirley. I rather drive to this one honestly and I live in Shirley, ive had bad experiences at the shirley location.

The drive thru line leaves something to be desired. Despite that restaurant service was quick and accurate. The restaurant is clean, with a better flow than when my children were little.

Idk why they call it fast food or how this loop hole of the numbered spots is flying.... it seems like they tell me to pull into a spot 9 out of 10 times, they forget or mess up the order about 85% of the time. They are pretty much never providing food within their alotted time window (average wait 8 minutes). The prices have continuously gone up the point where it'd be faster & cheaper to just out to a restaurant. The food is the lowest quality with the highest tag of probably all the fast foods (and it's never fast). I was debating removing this review but after being sold out of the snack wrap by 5pm the day of release, now I'm never gonna.

Refused my service despite other location having accepted it and my mobile order having gone through. I understand policy but I also think it should be recognized that I was not being a nuisance and could have easily gotten the milkshake I ordered without issues like other locations (rocky point) have done.
On our recent visit to McDonaldâs, we were extremely disappointed with the experience. The soda machine was broken, but the staff didnât inform us until after we placed our order and were ready to pay, which felt like a waste of time and poor communication. The overall environment was uninviting tables were dirty, there was trash scattered around, and the atmosphere lacked any sense of warmth or care. To top it off, the employees were rude, dismissive, and showed no effort to address our concerns or make the experience better. This visit was far below the standard we expect from McDonaldâs, and we hope management addresses these issues with the soda machine, cleanliness, and staff behavior to improve the customer experience.

I just left his restaurant at 3:55 AM. Breakfast donât start till 4:00 AM. When I arrive they told me that theyâre only serving breakfast but at 3:55 AM is still considered dinner and lunch. The person at the speaker had a very bad attitude And they waited five minutes until we can actually get our meal so we ended up leaving. I feel that having a bad attitude is just very bad, especially when the time we got there was still early. I will never come here because that attitude left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope that the person that owns this McDonaldâs see this because youâre your staff is trained terribly. I will never come here again. I wish I could leave -10 stars.

First thing I noticed was the bun was soggy, like it had been microwaved or something, then the pink inside, like they forgot to clean the grill, which is understandable giving they have to go outside to serve people, but I did not visit this place tonight to feed the cats outside, even the fries were cold inside when I bit into them.
Better than the one in blue point.
