This place has screwed me and my family over because when we went there on Saturday April 6th 2024 we went to this place to grab a quick bite and they screwed our order by giving us a fish folete and then have the audacity to say that the place was busy but in reality there was no one there but us and they made us wait for 10 minutes for our food then to just screw up the order do not go to this location this is the worst out of all of them

This place is disgusting. They always screw me when I don’t have time and need a quick bite. Beware going at night this burger! They are very spiteful and will make sure your entire meal is covered in grease making your burger inedible. Do not waste your money here

Rarely at a McDonalds have I seen employees who actually go above and beyond. Great service! The cashier was so kind to my son and took the time to show me where the seltzer was ?. Dude in the back having a hissyfit on the phone in the back was entertaining; so, dinner AND a show! ?

I normally don’t write reviews but this is like the 4th time my order wasn’t right and it’s sad I been to other McDonald’s and the food comes out hot drinks cups not dripping with the drink. This is the only McDonald’s that always never getting my order right messing something in my order or if I order a drink or shake it always comes out with the drink spilled over the sides of the cup cup always sticky just a hot mess. I went to the McDonald’s today and my order was completely wrong I asked for a three dollar bundle double cheeseburger with no onions I got a Burger with no cheese no onions and cold fries there was literally like one or two workers there that really do their job. I love when this one guy I don’t know his name is working because he always make my drink correctly and my food be hot McDonald’s really need to step it up.Parking: I was sent to wait for my food in the parking lot they took forever to bring me my food for my order to not be hot nor correctly made

Bad service I ordered at Macdonald's 769 Montauk Hwy, East Patchogue, NY 11772a big breakfast with pancakes and an orange juice they give me the order without the orange juice and I stay there waiting and the orange juice machine was not working the manager starts trying to test the orange juice that started the machine to send through the hose, I better leave that place so as not to continue looking at the faces of those retards, with reason, was years ago, I didn't visit that place, bad service from those retards
Honestly i placed my ordef n when i finally got to the window i was told they were waitin on fries! Close to 15 minutes later i was handed my order n low n behold the fries were fresh but the burger was toi old to eat!!

The boy that work here called it a bummy azz job . And that did not make me feel good about eating here when all you hire is teens from bellport and coram that are not nice or happy people and do not keep this McDonald's clean or the food clean. Also u guys add way too much salt and everyone says so. The soda machines are constantly flat and never cleaned. I'm close to calling the board of health here.
