Yo, I just had the worst experience at Burger King. This employee totally overcharged me, and I'm pretty sure she was high as a kite. The manager gave me some BS card to call, and now I have to wait three days to get my money back. What a joke!
The food was okay the service was not the best maybe it's because it was lunch time or they were short staff

Service was awful. The manager was rude. She was complaining the whole time we waited in line. Was upset a family ordered a “big order” and complained the whole time. Refused to take any orders inside because of that but continued to take drive through orders. Waited about 15 minutes before my order was even taken. Would have left but the people I were with already had ordered. Treated like an inconvenience they had to do their job. I’m usually sympathetic and understanding as I’ve worked fast food but this was awful and out of line

Rude employees who can’t do their job. Minimal IQ and annoying.
We stopped in to grab lunch and waited for ten minutes while being totally ignored. Meanwhile the drive thru customers were being taken care of. My mom finally asked if anyone was going to take our order and the one guy was like”I’m only doing the drive thru we are short staffed.” Not even apologetic or anything. We made our displeasure known as we left without eating as did other fed up customers. Horrible service. Won’t be back to this location that’s for sure! We went to Wendy’s and had GOOD customer service and weren’t ignored.

The person at the drive thru was very hard to understand. My cheeseburger was cold and I never got my fries that I ordered. I will never go there again!
Mess up my order every single time they have two lanes, if you get in the wrong lane you'll have four or five people get in front of you so it's quite a chore to try to get food out of this place

The employee in the morning basically refuses to let anyone order a normal small meal. She presents it as if you have no choice but to pick medium or large. Even when you tell her that you do not want a medium or large, she still charges you for a medium. She yells at you for not saying "small" even if you told her you did not want that medium or large. When you tell her that this is not what you ordered, she tells you no refunds. When I ask her why she does it, her answer is to make the company extra money. This proves that this location is more worried about money than service.

In the realm of fast food, where speed often trumps quality, my recent visit to Burger King was nothing short of a revelation. I had frequented the establishment numerous times before, but this particular visit stands out as a testament to the perfect confluence of excellent service, superior food quality, and an overall delightful dining experience.
As I walked into the Burger King, the atmosphere immediately felt welcoming. The brightly lit interior, combined with the inviting aroma of freshly cooked burgers and fries, set the stage for what was to come. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles and a level of enthusiasm that was both refreshing and infectious. It was clear from the outset that customer satisfaction was a priority here.
I approached the counter with an air of anticipation, scanning the menu to make my selection. The cashier, noticing my indecision, offered helpful suggestions with a level of expertise that showcased her familiarity with the menu. I finally settled on the Whopper Meal, opting for a side of onion rings and a classic vanilla milkshake to complement the main course. My order was taken swiftly and efficiently, with the cashier ensuring that all my preferences were noted.
As I waited for my order, I couldn't help but notice the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant. The tables were spotless, and the kitchen area, visible from the counter, operated like a well-oiled machine. It wasn't long before my order number was called, and I eagerly collected my tray.
The first thing that struck me was the presentation. The Whopper, Burger King's signature burger, was impeccably assembled. The fresh lettuce, ripe tomatoes, crisp onions, and pickles were layered perfectly atop a juicy, flame-grilled beef patty, all encased within a soft, sesame seed bun. The onion rings were golden brown and crispy, exuding an enticing aroma, while the vanilla milkshake stood tall, crowned with a swirl of whipped cream.
The first bite of the Whopper was a symphony of flavors and textures. The beef patty, cooked to perfection, had a smoky, chargrilled taste that melded seamlessly with the freshness of the vegetables and the tangy burst of the pickles. The bun was soft yet sturdy enough to hold the generous fillings without falling apart. Each subsequent bite reaffirmed my initial impression: this was fast food at its finest.
The onion rings were equally impressive. Each ring was encased in a crispy, seasoned batter that provided a satisfying crunch with every bite. The onions inside were tender and sweet, a perfect contrast to the savory exterior. Dipping them in the zesty, tangy sauce provided was the cherry on top, enhancing the overall flavor profile.
The vanilla milkshake, though simple, was the epitome of indulgence. Thick and creamy, with just the right amount of sweetness, it served as a delightful counterpoint to the savory elements of the meal. The addition of whipped cream added a touch of decadence, making each sip a treat.
As I finished my meal, I couldn't help but reflect on the experience. What set this visit apart was not just the quality of the food but the holistic approach to customer satisfaction. From the warm welcome and helpful service to the meticulous cleanliness and impeccable presentation, every aspect was carefully curated to provide a memorable dining experience.
In conclusion, my recent visit to Burger King was nothing short of amazing. It reaffirmed my belief that even in the fast-paced world of fast food, it is possible to deliver an experience that combines speed, quality, and exceptional service. This visit to Burger King was a delightful reminder of why it remains a beloved staple in the fast food industry.

This location has one of the rudest people I've ever encountered. She said she was some kind of manager, and if that's true, someone there must be picking from the bottom of the barrel. This person had a name tag that said, "TeeTee" as I recall. Typical, entitled, young black female, who if she graduated at all it had to be from a government school who just pushed her through. Loud, brash, obnoxious, and ill informed. Putting her in charge of anything to do with customer service simply borders on being almost criminal. However, this isn't her fault... it's the fault of whomever it was who hired her.
