Let’s make sure that we’re starting this out correctly and that if you’re expecting five star service five star atmosphere and five star food then you shouldn’t be going to a Dunkin’ Donuts but this one in particular is the most mediocre one when it comes to food and atmosphere it is the whitest of white paint for an empty room and the service is just really slow so while it’s not the most awful dangerous place it is Boring and I would rather spend the extra time and money to go to Starbucks

It was a terrible experience here, not only did they make the order incorrectly, they redid it several times, and in the end they did it incorrectly again and of course the blemish on the cake is that they gave the change completely incorrectly!

I've been here multiple times since I moved to the area, and I gotta say, this is one of the best Dunkins I've been to. Food is always hot, fresh and made correct. The coffee is correct every single time. The staff here are doing an amazing job and they all deserve raises.
I used to like this Dunkin but idk if they have new management or members but I keep just having issues with my order. Think I’m done going there.

This Dunkin' is the only one I will come to. Staff is friendly and efficient, the filled donuts actually have filling and not just a blop. IDK what is going on there, it used to not be good but I hope they keep it up! It's been about 2 months or 3 where it has been consistently 5star! I have tried the other locations and now, they cannot hold a flame to East Rochester Dunkin', they are awesome!

Went here to get food and coffee in the drive threw I order the avocado toast and a sour dough breakfast sandwich, lady at the drive thru handed me both containers and the were convered with avocado on the outside of the containers I was also missing my munchkins. Went inside and talked to the manager she was very nice and remade the order herself. We ate our food and then started to eat the munchkins and found multiple strand of hair on them. Second time we went, my boyfriend went to use the bathroom and it was disgusting. We stood at the front counter waiting for some one to take our order. We stood there for almost 10 minutes while 4 to 5 people stood in the back chatting We ended up just leaving and not ordering anything. They were not busy and had no one in the drive thru.
