Went for lunch and the service was slow at best. Smoked wings were swimming in grease

Stopped here for lunch today. The last time I was here was at the old location and it was okay. We walked in and I wasn’t sure if the place was closed or not. Didn’t see a single person and no one at the hostess stand. We waited for about five minutes for someone to finally come out and seat us. Waited at least 45 minutes for our food when we just wanted a quick lunch. The place was not busy at all only a handful of people there.
When our food finally did come out it was completely awful. My friend got wings and he couldn’t even finish them. They were soggy and way too saucy as he put it. The west wings he had ever had, I tried one and agreed.
I ordered the brisket sandwich and it was almost all fat no smoke taste and very bland. I got macaroni and cheese as a side and it was like a soup and to top it off the bread they gave me was cold and hard.
I will never come back here and will not recommend this place to anyone. Way too many other bbq choices around with quality service and much better food. I also have been to other small bbq places in the area and the prices here are way too high for what you get. I felt robbed leaving here. Don’t know how places like this stay in business.

Had issues with crispy ribs last 2 times. This time it was brisket. Extra 3$ for tough dry(even in container w/sauce) brisket. Rest of food was good. Not sure there will be a next time for me. Good luck.

Ordered several racks for takeout. Ribs were excellent and so was the sauce. I wish the sides were bigger portion sizes but oh well. Nice 15% first responder discount as well!
Our group got put in the dingy, dirty basement when the upstairs area was open. Food was served at room temperature and taste was average. Bills were provided while we were still mid meal and restaurant was empty.

Good Smoke BBQ catering is a force to be reckoned with! They were super kind, accommodating, and very informative every step of the way - not to mention the fantastic food! Everyone at our wedding could NOT stop talking about the quality of the food provided by Good Smoke BBQ (even weeks later!). Highly recommend both eating here and choosing them to cater your next event!

Bought my daughter the ribs. Kid said it tasted like the smell of the zoo. I took a bite and agreed. Dog liked them though.

First and last time here. The pulled chicken was dry. The fries were super salty. The mac and cheese was cold.

The moink balls were the most burnt things I've ever seen but they served them any ways they even tried to drown them in sauce to make it look edible but they were far from it. Next time I'll listen to my gut feeling when I walk into a restaurant at 5:30 and we are there only ones in here i should have known. Next time I'll save my money and goto dinosaur 🦕 BBQ....

My Dad and siblings love this place and go often. I tried it for the first time with them last Friday and it was good but not great. The totcho appetizer was the best thing I tried followed by the homemade mashed potatoes and gravy. We sat upstairs and the atmosphere was a bit dark and lackluster but the bar area was nice, with a fireplace.

My family and I were very disappointed in the food. The appetizer we ordered, " Buffalo wild ribs" were extremely dry. As for mains, my husband ordered 1/2 chicken dinner and even that was extremely dry. I ordered chicken wings, which tasted great, however the mashed potatoes were covered in a layer of gravy and the baked beans were all drenched in sweet sauce, which was disgusting. Overall did not enjoy the food. Will not be back and do not recommend.
