Love Leo’s. Grocery dept. does not have much that is unique and it is over-priced a bit. But what they do there on- premises (pies, deli, etc.) is great.

Leo’s has been a staple for many years. I have to say after working in food service a long time, the state of the cafe is less than ideal. The food is always good, consistent and tasty. Where you sit to eat is ridiculous. The booths are torn, duck tape on the seats, dirty and chipped tables, dirty windows…I could go on. If this is the way the owners and management show their brand, it’s not what I would say is a winning look. As you leave the cafe and go to shop it’s like another planet. I will not eat in the cafe again after today. As I ate my meal I felt uncomfortable sitting there in such a dirty environment. I hope the management takes this to heart, I’m sure I’m not the only disappointed customer. Thanks for listening.

Ordered a half sheet birthday cake. Half vanilla/half chocolate. It was so good! Everyone at the birthday party loved the cake! Thank you.

Had a steak sandwich on Sunday evening. Tasted burnt. Got a tub of egg salad. Had celery in it. Some may like it that way. It was a shock to me.

Leo’s might consider focusing more on ensuring a consistent supply of their store-baked French and Italian loaves during business hours. While the variety of your fancy prepared foods and desserts is truly appreciated, maintaining a stock of basic bread types is fundamental to meet customer expectations. Other serious bakeries in our metro area have successfully managed the challenges of freshness and demand, setting a strong example. On my recent visit, more than two hours before closing, I was disappointed to learn that French bread was unavailable, with no loaves even prepped for final proofing, despite seeing staff busy with boutique items like cannoli. Consistency in executing the fundamentals is a make or break factor for winning my business, and strengthening the focus on these essentials would only bolster Leo’s credibility as a premier full-line bakery. I am hopeful and look forward to seeing these improvements in the future.

Brownies with the frosting- next level. Wegmans couldn’t ever come close to these brownies. Everything I’ve purchased here has been wonderful.

We loved the eclipse inspired cookies my sister picked up. The shop was quick and friendly. They were so thoughtfully made and tasted delicious. We will be sure to recommend Leo's for their sweet treats!

Tasty baked goods for the whole family to enjoy, with all sorts of produce, meats, and meals as well! The only reason I'm giving four stars in service is that they don't accept EBT, unfortunately, but don't let that deter you from their food! Check out their BOGO section for some delicious deals!
