It was our first time at Perlo's. The food was good, drinks boozy and dessert yummy. Overall a great experience!

For a table of four or more, I recommend the Utica Greens as an appetizer to share. I have my favorite entre, but have also enjoyed at least five others. A friend says that the Linguine and Clam white sauce is the best around.

The food is normally fantastic. the sausage, pasta, and broccoli dish was not good. It had NO sausage and the broccoli was overcooked. This my favorite meal and I was disappointed.
The greens and beans were bitter with under cooked greens. Watery, bitter and bland. My wife said no thank you and went to bed…
Calamari, was over breaded which made it mushy for the saucy bites. No tentacles at all, sub par calamari used for the dish overall. Only got rings and I’m suspect that it could have been pork intestines….🤷🏽♂️ overall, wasn’t very good, no flavor
Chicken French was terrible. Chicken breasts were pre portioned breasts that were not pounded or breaded correctly. Over all was very bitter from too much lemon and wasn’t savory at all. French sauce was awful! It was like bad, watery chicken noodle soup, that had too much lemon with too many linguine noodles. It was horrible!
Penne Vodka dish with Chicken, wondering where the chicken actually was….Overall dish was pretty good, but very small portion of chicken.
Received no to go silverware, no napkins and no butter for our bread.

Me (who is writing this review), my older sister, and my parents who came here for a family birthday dinner outside of the food were left VERY disappointed. My sister whose birthday was today had an alcoholic drink that was incorrectly prepared with not enough alcohol in it. Asked Eddy the waiter for an extra shot of vodka in her drink at no extra cost since it is her birthday and ended up getting charged 9 dollars for it. Needless to say, not only was there a very minimal tip given out of this situation but will also never return here again for dinner. Horrible business. Shouldn’t have charged for an extra shot when it is someone’s birthday. Beyond wrong and unprofessional.

Our waitress was amazing, I wish I had gotten her name to leave a personal review for her.
The food was completely flavorless. Not worth the money.

Very disappointed my wife an I have been there many times. But last night we had there chicken parmigiana both were dry and unseasoned. The sauce was unseasoned. The dish overall seemed Like it’s been over done or sitting for a while before serving!

Update 2024: They no longer charge the mandatory 20% tip and I understand that was to help the staff make ends meet during those uncertain COVID times. Since The Northside closed this place has stepped up their food quality big time! Highly recommend. Matt is a great bar tender. Always remembers what you like to drink and just an all around nice guy.

Another fine dining experience at one of East Rochester's great eating establishments. Kudos to Donna and Brian the entire staff and of course our server Samantha for always doing their best to satisfy the customers. They make it feel like a true family experience and you are not only part of it, but their main focus. La ringrazio, Mark Florack

Excellent food and service. Will definitely come back when we are in town from Detroit. Was recommended from a long time friend and it did not disappoint. If only they had a fruit cake dessert on the menu named, “Richie’s Feola”. 10/10

Service from Larissa was absolutely amazing, food wasn't the greatest and host was not very friendly. I would go back if for Larissa, not the food.
Our Family decided to go here for Fathers Day, and it was a very good choice. Very nice restaurant that was full but that did not take away from service.
I had the Chicken Parm w/Penne and it was the best I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The piece of chicken was huge and the pasta and sauce were very good.
Prices are High but that is normal everywhere nowadays. A+
