We have been using Salvatore’s East Rochester for our pizza, wing & mozzarella sticks delivery for quite a while! THEY ARE AWESOME! Food has been hot & delicious upon delivery & web site is so easy to order for same day delivery as well as pre-order for next day if necessary! We are very, very happy with Salvatore’s East Rochester! BTW…I am super fussy about wings & I LOVE their wings!!! Extra crispy, extra hot!!!

For Friday, where I work, we all agreed to order at Salvatores in East Rochester. I have tried another location. But this location the Calzone I order was the best! The breading was golden brown, the sausage and pepperoni was stacked throughout and DO NOT forget the mozzarella was oozzing!! I have baked my own bread and this does compare to be expertly baked.
A pizza was ordered with mozzarella and pepperoni and was baked to perfection. I did taste the sauce and it was very good, another location lacked something, this sauce was good enough to try and ask for 2! the pizza had ingredients through out and they weren't skimpy. The parking is mainly on the side, not many places, but being most a take place, if you wait you will get a space. They do have ten dollar deals throughout the week. So I would check those deals out. Quick, easy, delicious for any day or when friends show up unexpectedly, order and quickly food is done, boom!
Unfortunately, this place is not ADA compliant. The front door was a little hard to open due to the wind? There was a step. So if you are not real steady on your feet, just be a little careful. But, it shouldn't stop you from going in.

Least consistent pizza place I've ever seen; some of the employees clearly ignore directions. Pizzas ordered with extra sauce that maybe had one spoonful on the whole thing. Subs ordered with extra sauce that are bone dry. Orders so obviously the wrong that it's hard to believe they aren't doing on purpose. Other times the food will be amazing.

We just had the best experience here! Me and my boyfriend came in with our loving dog. We were immediately told by the owner (Carl) that we were more than welcome and he came around the counter to greet her. We get nervous sometimes taking her places incase they don’t allow dogs (even though she is a ESA) but they were so friendly they put us immediately to ease. Overall this was some of the best food we’ve had from any Salvatore’s location. They were attentive and gave amazing service. The owner even came over with a water bowl for my dog and continued to tell us how welcomed we were while having her with us. We are very grateful for this amazing experience!!

Ordered from here on 4/17/24 at 7:30. Leaving on a family vacation next day at 6am. Just wanted a a quick pie to eat before packing and this is what I get. Cheese isn’t cooked. $35 for this is shocking.

This particular, Salvators location has always been consistent with their food and atmosphere. I usually either want a pizza or a fish fry and You can almost guarantee you’re gonna have the best in Rochester with this location. The manager Carl is a class act and has an amazing staff working for him. Best pizza in Rochester in my opinion.

My recent order from them was less than satisfactory. I ordered two subs and a side of fries for delivery, and the ordeal that followed left much to be desired.Firstly, the delivery took an hour and 18 minutes to arrive, despite living just 3 blocks from the store. When I inquired about the status of my order at the 1 hour mark, I was assured that the fries had just been cooked and would be fresh and my order was on its way. However, upon arrival, I found the fries to be old, sweaty, and cold, which suggested they had been sitting for quite some time.When I called to request a replacement for the fries, I was met with an unpleasant attitude from the worker, and it was clear that customer service was lacking. Eventually, they agreed to send a new order of fries, but when the delivery driver arrived, he, too, displayed an extremely unpleasant attitude.To make matters worse, the delivery driver falsely accused me of swearing at the worker on the phone, adding to the overall unpleasantness of the experience. Throughout this entire ordeal, not a single apology was offered for the late and cold food.Given the disappointing service and the decline in quality, I have decided not to use this Salvatores location or any other Salvatores in the future. It's unfortunate that what was once a reliable choice for a meal has deteriorated to this level of service and customer care.
