I have to say this store came along way , it’s very clean always up to par , coffee always fresh donuts sometimes they won’t have the one I want but they always recommend ones that’s available , I’m a regular I come in the evening an I always see Miss E she put a smile on my face & the rest of the customers I bet ,one of the FAVORITE locations the employees are better then before is all i can say! Keep up the great work guys .

I drive for a living and tend to frequent Tim Hortons. Some have really gone down hill. I stopped in to the East Rochester location, it was very quiet, the ladies working(I didn’t get there names), greeted me as I came in the door. Seeing it’s a holiday I assumed they were slow, but they said it just slowed down. I just want to say they both have great customer service, which is hard to come by these days, the store and prep areas were clean as well as the ladies room. Keep up the good work. I know most people tend to post negative reviews more. So here’s a positive!

I ordered a latte made with oatmilk, once I got the drink it tasted like whole milk. I came back and they insisted they used oatmilk but I got so sick from it. I saw this guy with a Nina nametag make the drink, I saw him use normal milk instead of oatmilk and they straight up lied and gaslit me. This location almost always messes up, not worth it.

Ordered for pick up on the mobile app. When we got to the drive thru to let them know that we had a mobile order to pick up, the person gave an audible sigh as if they did not want help us. We confirmed the order and they told us to pull up to the window. The person who met us at the window gave us a hard time, arguing with us as we were showing them we paid for this location. Thankfully she got a manager but I will not be visiting this location again.

One of the rudest big boss managers ever. It's 8:30. The food was horrible and made wrong and the manager was so rude. One of the workers was polite but the other two including the main manager was completely rude and disrespectful. Wow? Since when do I expect to receive better service in a more professional manner in the inner city. Clean but nasty as all get out with no reason.

Good Tim Hortons… hash-browns were a solid 9.2/10 and my ice cap was also good felt like a cool glacier soothing my tiredness by slithering down my throat and my timbits were perfectly glazed like a elephant just absolutely relieved himself perfectly over every single timbit.
