i told two people (once at the window and once at the speaker) that my drink was iced because they asked. my drink still came out hot. when i asked if it was okay if they can just put it on ice, the women showed no expression at all and closed the window fast. then her coworker yelled “oh so now it’s iced?” this was the same coworker that i had told at the window that it was definitely iced because HE ASKED. not happy with the service here at all.

We ordered 2 cartons of coffee for an important event at 9:00 to be picked up by 10, we followed instructions on the app, and arrived at 10:15, not only was our order not prepared, they claimed it could not be found in their system. We had no choice but to pick it up later...at 11 AM...we were less than thrilled

Stay away from this place. Literally crap all over the floor in a bathroom no toilet paper and the crap was dried clearly been there all day they do not clean anything How can I trust their food when they can't even clean a bathroom once a day so disgusting recommendation never come here

Whatever happened to courtesy? I drove to the drive-up window and was met with "can I take your order" what happened to, good morning, hello, hi, how can I help you? Then I place my order and at least three times said hash browns. When she gives me the total the hash brown isn't in there. I said "what about the hash browns" "oh yeah". I get to the pick up window, not hello, hi, anything, but I yawn!!! Seriously, wake up. You workers expect to get a minimum 15.00 an hour, and that's the best you can do! What is a customer I expect at least the minimum of courtesy! I handed her my card, not a word, she handed me the food, never a thank you, or come back again, nothing! But her indifference. Tim Hortons West Commercial Street East Rochester you need to do a whole lot better than that! PS. No receipt either.

Frequently go into Tim Hortons on the way into work. While the coffee and breakfast options are always good. The bathroom has been disgusting for the last two weeks. Poop on the floor, same toilet paper on floor and wash basin for over two weeks. I will not be returning to this Tim Hortons because the bathroom represents the whole restaurant.

Do not go to this store!!There is no management after 1pm. Food safety is VERY loosely followed. Shift leads are incredibly rude to customers. The employees are like zombies. The coffee is never made right.Please do yourself a favor and go to Dunkin down the street.

This place is horrible. No doughnut options. All hot soups are gone. And I stood in the lobby for 3 min when I had to shout in the back for someone to come up to the front. What a joke.
