This location was fantastic under Megan years ago. Then declined to terrible, seemed to geca training site. The new people there over the last year or so are fantastic. I go there at least twice a week now. Always great now.

Service is subpar. I always order ahead and the order is never ready when you get there. And why would I want a warm red bull. ?
I prefer to go inside and order my coffee. Treat someone like an unthinking automaton and you will be more likely to receive unsatisfactory service. Because they are human and placing food into your hands that will quickly go into your mouth, every employee there deserves a smile and a thank you.

I ordered a hot caramel macchiato, and it was given to me ice cold. When I went inside, they made me a new one correctly, but only said, "The steamer must not have worked." Their customer service was terrible.
