This location was fantastic under Megan years ago. Then declined to terrible, seemed to geca training site. The new people there over the last year or so are fantastic. I go there at least twice a week now. Always great now.

I ordered a hot caramel macchiato, and it was given to me ice cold. When I went inside, they made me a new one correctly, but only said, "The steamer must not have worked." Their customer service was terrible.
