Got food through drive thru around 11am. 2 burgers, 2 nuggets. All items were COLD. We were quite surprised, how could everything be COLD? Can't even understand how they pulled that off. (and food was consumed about 5 minutes after picked up...not a hint of warmth) 1 extra star because I will say the drive thru cashier was super polite.

Tried to get food here and were ignored after waiting almost ten minutes in the drive thru line, so we went inside to order at the counter. After standing there for more than five minutes while the employees talked to each other and never even acknowledged any of the customers waiting to order, we left. It was not busy (probably because they refused to take any orders) so there was no reason for the employees to ignore customers. We watched at least five other customers get frustrated and leave while we were there.

Worst experience ever. If I could give zero stars I would. The person who took our order was very rude and seemed like we were inconveniencing her. I ordered a large fry and got about 10 fries in the container. The food was barely warm and the burger was in pieces and so sloppy it was hard to eat. We asked for 1 burger without tomato and both came without tomatoes. There were a bunch of young kids goofing around. No ice in my lemonade. We asked for ketchup, they forgot, we waited at the drive thru and she rudely opened the window and handed me a handful then shut the window without saying a word. We will not be back!

I will never go to this location again, the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. I was the only customer in the restaurant and did not see an employee for 5 minutes, how do you leave the front unattended for that long?? It took 20 min to even be acknowledged 10 more min to take the order. It was like a hundred degrees in there! I was uncomfotable sitting in there to eat because it was so hot! I don't know how the employees could work in those conditions!!

I asked who the guy was that is literally the mascot for Wendy's who is in every poster in the restaurant none of them had a clue I had to tell them it was Dave Thomas that's like going to McDonald's and asking people who that clown is none of them knew,had to tell them it was Ronald McDonald
