I was the only customer in the restaurant and did not see an employee for 5 minutes, how do you leave the front unattended for that long??
Employees do not care about anything you see or think…

Really bad customer service and didn't give me the sauce for my nuggets. I can live without the sauce but not the lack of courtesy. Will not go back.

It took 20 min to even be acknowledged 10 more min to take the order. It was like a hundred degrees in there! I was uncomfotable sitting in there to eat because it was so hot! I don't know how the employees could work in those conditions!!

I asked who the guy was that is literally the mascot for Wendy's who is in every poster in the restaurant none of them had a clue I had to tell them it was Dave Thomas that's like going to McDonald's and asking people who that clown is none of them knew,had to tell them it was Ronald McDonald
Terrible service, super show only 4 ppl here 20 min wait. Rat droppings in the bathroom. Just overall sucks here only thing good here was the soda

No air conditioning leaks and slow service

Customer service seems to have improved over time.
Water from the AC was leaking through the ceiling. Staff decided to place a bucket below to catch the water, right where customers stand in line. The temperature inside felt like 80-85 when it should be about 20 degrees cooler. One of the customers told me conditions were the same last summer.
Management needs to get the AC either repaired or replaced. Wendy's employees deserve better working conditions. (7/28/2025)

Waited in line for about 10 minutes to get to the speaker, had to correct the person taking my order twice, waited another 10 minutes to get to the window, got the wrong food anyway, waited another five minutes for it to be corrected, and at the end of it all I was still missing some of what I ordered despite them saying it was all there. Strongly recommend you go elsewhere

Absolutely terrible customer service. We accidentally ordered the wrong flavored frosty. We asked if we could change it at the window and we were met with in a very angry toned “I am sorry I do not have time” it would have taken an extra minute. Really disappointing this used to be one of the better Wendy’s in the area
