This place was great until recently. Vegetables were always fresh and food tasty. Sometimes the order was missing something, but the quality of the food made you forget that. Don't know what happened. We got shrimp egg rolls instead of pork, which was a problem for one person in the family. The lo mein was dry and had lots of broken pieces of noodles. It was unappetizing. The General Tso Chicken was soggy and the egg foo young was tasteless. They even forgot the fortune cookies. I don't like to leave reviews like this, but when there is room for improvement, the owners should know. Hopefully things will improve, but I will be afraid to find out.

Go elsewhere. They use their hands to fill the little bags with the crunchy soup noodles. When I saw them do with my own eyes and asked what they were doing I was told they don't speak English. Now we're even. I don't go to restaurants that use their hands to prepare food and then lie about it

Must be new owners, my favorite egg drop soup was mostly broth, my fried shrimp was half the size and fried too long.The normally tasty wonton soup lacked green onion and the broth had no body to it. Very disappointed!Used to be my go to chinese restaurant in east rockaway.

When my go to Chinese restaurant in Lynbrook closed, I thought I would never find quality Chinese food again. Then I tried Asian Ginger. It beat the food in my old restaurant hands down. As long as Asian Ginger stays in business, they have a customer for life.
