The ice cream here is so fresh and delicious 10/10!! I got the surprise pints and the horchata and chocolate were both really great. I totally recommend this place, taste was great! ❤️

Update: the store contacted me and offered to rectify the issue, which was much appreciated. Hopefully I can stop in and try their cookies again
I ordered via Uber Eats and they happened to have a BOGO free deal. So I opted for the Hi 5 Assortment. When I received my order, I only have 5 cookies, despite paying $17 for 10. The cookies were also hard and very dark as if they were baked for too long. This restaurant has no number to call so I decided to leave a review instead. If you were only going to give 5 cookies, I should have been contacted or the order adjusted. That's not quality customer service.

Updated: The shop forgot one of my cookie orders but they reached out about the issue and tried to correct it the next day the shop was open. Thank you Batch for caring about your customers and I cant forget to mention that ice cream you made, I forgot the name but it was coffee with espresso beans etc. ice cream was magnificent. I mean #thebest!
