Absolutely incredible dinner tonight in East Rockaway at Haviland.
Food was spot on, drinks were great and service was amazing. Tuna Tartare and fried burrata were outrageous. Then I had scallops over a corn polenta that was absolutely perfect. Finished it off with a piece of cheesecake.
This place is an absolute hidden GEM and i strongly suggest going if you live in the area and if you dont then travel to it bc it’s worth it.

Wow! I must have sounded like a broken record last night, as I repeatedly said wow and for all the right reasons. From start to finish, this place was top notch! I had the pork chop and the first bite was all I needed to know I’d be back. It was outrageously good. Great food is one thing but the vibe, atmosphere and outstanding service is what makes this place worthy of a visit! I highly recommend this place for all of the above reasons but also bc the owner is a really great stand up guy who made it a point to touch tables and pours amazing cocktails!! I will be back!!!

What a great venue for a family filled 70th birthday celebration. We filled the space with about 35 people and had enough room for a kids' table, passed apps, and dancing or mingling about.
Thank you to the owners, long-time family friends, for providing a perfect experience, venue, and atmosphere for our special day. We will definitely come back and highly recommend!

My husband and I are new to the neighborhood and decided to give Haviland a try after hearing great things. It certainly lived up to the hype and did not disappoint! We sat at the bar for dinner and the bartender and bar back couldn’t have been nicer or more attentive to us as well as other patrons. The food and drinks were delicious and well prepared. We will definitely be coming back!

The best. We've had the opportunity to taste around half of the dishes on the menu, and have not had one dish here that wasn't excellent. It's a small space, so definitely make a reservation - especially for a larger table.
