Delicious and authentic flavors. Generous portions. Very friendly service! **Make sure you leave room for dessert. Or at least take some home.**
Wonderful environment and great desserts!
Food always fresh and homemade. Chicken, in every form, is always perfect. The soup is out of this world. Portions are large and the little pastries to finish your meal are perfect. The place is small and the staff makes you feel like family.
Apparently the new owners is not living up to the reputation as the prior. I came here because of the 4.5 stars.This is what I paid for, when owner (younger friendly woman) could have simple say dont pay because she saw the food was dry and disgusting. The beef fried rice taste was terrible, beef was like rubber. Rotisserie chicken was dry and not edible, this was made 1 to 2 days before and served to us. Chicken was cold in the middle.1 star was the drinks. If not I'll give it 0. Most of the reviews here looks like it's from family members.
Food was delicious! The Ocopa was so tasty and the sauce was rich and decadent. The Alfajores are excellent! The owners are very nice people too!
Home style cooking, lots of flavor, good portion size dishes, warm friendly staff.
My boyfriend and I went here for lunch this weekend and got a whole chicken combo with salad to share for $21ish and we loved it and still had leftovers! We went back later that day for dinner and tried the steak with sweet plantains. Very good and great service. I live right up the block and will be a frequent customer for sure.
Everything I had was amazing & the service was exceptional! I will definitely be back in here.
