Placed an order and walked in at 3:50pm. It had a pickup window ending at 4pm. Owner said that they were closed and they would not offer a refund. Even pointed at the clock inside, which he clearly could not read because at this point i was 3:52pm, and he was still saying that they closed at 4pm, as if it already passed. Had to contact my bank about it just for my money back. Terrible place with terrible service. You can’t even get served!

I don’t know how this guy is still in business. He is straight rude and so are all of his employees. They are my LAST possible option here in East Rockaway and every time I do give in an to because it’s convenient i regret it EVERYTIME. Just called for a pick up and the guy hung up on me after I gave me order. So professional.

Prices on the website mean nothing they charge what they want when you get there. I called ahead to check the price and when I got to the store the owner up charged it saying he doesn’t have to update his website never again will I go there I can count on it.

Been ordering for over 10 years now and seen some ups and downs. But the new guy delivering smelled like cigarettes and was extremely rude. The regular guy that drives the civic was the most polite and appreciative of the tip unlike this new person. Will order again but if this new guy shows up agian it will be my last. I'd Rather walk to the bagel spot up the block.

Been ordering for over 10 years now and seen some ups and downs. But the new guy delivering smelled like cigarettes and was extremely rude. The regular guy that drives the civic was the most polite and appreciative of the tip unlike this new person. Will order again but if this new guy shows up agian it will be my last. I'd Rather walk to the bagel spot up the block.
