We had dinner at Empire Pizza & Deli tonight and we ordered a variety of food and all of it was so good. The buffalo chicken stromboli, burgers and fries, the empire rueban, crispy chicken salad, potato pancake, coleslaw, mango habanero boneless wings, baklava, and the pickles were amazingly delicious! So much food with good prices, we will surely be back!!! Oh and the staff are super nice too!
Treated myself to a Rubin Sandwich today at TOUCH OF BROADWAY DELI in East Syracuse...used to be Doug's Fish Fry. I admit I was a bit skeptical, it being new to me and pricey, HOWEVER, I cannot remember the last time I had such a Succulent, Delicious, Tender, freshly made, served hot Rubin. Nice! Will definitely re-visit TOUCH OF BROADWAY DELI.
Honestly one of the worst experiences at a pizza place I’ve ever had. I should of just walked out but I was so hungry. Paid $15 for 3 slices and garlic knots. The cashier didn’t know what garlic knots were and tried to only give me one garlic know that was totally dry with no marinara sauce on the side. While I was waiting I noticed a bunch of people not wearing gloves or hats walking around food prep areas and they asked a customer “how they wanted their pizza cut” like they had never cut a pizza before?! When I finally got my slices they were so undercooked and doughy I only ate 1 and the garlic knots were so hard my partner and I would not eat it. They also didn’t not have any parm, oregano, or pepper flakes and gave me attitude and said no when I asked for some. I let my hunger get the better of me when I should of just walked away after the first couple issues. And remember there are 8 slices of pizza in a regular pie since you guys didn’t know that.

Anything on the menu!!! Great staff!!
The staff were super nice. The food was great! BF had the Reuben and I had the Riverdale salad.
The food was so good…everything! The staff and the owner are all so kind and generous and attentive. It’s a beautiful little place with the best corned beef I’ve ever had! I’ll definitely be back.
Don't matter what you order, everything is delicious, but I always recommend beef pastrami sandwich. Also there's very good people.
Amazing sandwiches, generous portions and the owner was super welcoming and generous! Excellent food, and service! Highly recommended!!
This place was so good! My kids got turkey sandwiches and loved them. My husband and I both got hot pastrami. Wonderful meat and bread for sure. My kids split a piece of the rainbow cake and it was moist and delicious. Not too much frosting which was awesome since neither of them like frosting much. My husband and I also split some matzah ball soup and it was just like Baubbie used to make! We will definitely be back!

French fries were soggy , order parmesan chicken sandwich Was okay it took 25 minutes.rice pudding isn’t homemade like they say.Give them 3 out of 5
Service was great, unfortunately the chicken soup and coleslaw weren’t so good. The Ruben sandwich was AMAZING. Brought some dessert home so we’ll see how that is. Menu has huge selection!
Pastrami and corned beef were very good compared to NYC. 4 stars by NYC standards but 5 stars by Syracuse standards. Looking forward to going back!
What is not to love about this place! The sandwiches are out of this world. The corned beef and pastrami is so moist and flavorful. The pizza us superb. I love how the sauce had good flavor, you could really taste the seasonings. Then the desserts are crazy amazing. The staff have always been polite and knowledgeable. The restaurant itself is always clean and very well kept. You can tell they take great pride in what they do and I reap the benefits.
The pastrami is amazing and I love their latkes!
